Controversial entertainment blogger Musa Khawula took to his social media and shared a document alleging that it came from Home Affairs in the United Kingdom (UK) which stated that South African actor Sthembiso ‘SK’ Khoza is banned from the UK for a duration of five years.

According to the document obtained by entertainment blogger Musa Khawula and shared on social media, SK Khoza is said to have allegedly violated a UK law by continuing to work in the country with an expired visa. He was allegedly allowed to be in the country for only six months prior to his visa allegedly expiring on 8 September.

“After careful investigation from an inquiry made on 25 July 2023, we have satisfied ourselves that you have been working illegally in the United Kingdom. You had the right to be in the country until your 6-month visa entry expires on the 8th [of] September 2023, however, you were prohibited from performing any work engagements,” the document read.SK Khoza has been living his best life in the UK and posting about it on his social media. SK Khoza’s Fiancée Says She Had No Choice But To Beat Him Up

Sthembiso “SK” Khoza‘s fiancée, Choice Kate Mathebula, has finally come clean following assault allegations leveled against her by the former The Queen actor.

In an interview with Daily Sun, the South African model, who resides in England, admitted beating up Khoza last week. Kate says that during the altercation, she had no choice but to beat him up.

“We had an argument that ended in a physical fight. I beat him up and I am not proud of it. I know at home, in South Africa, I am seen as a bad person, but I had to do it.”

According to Kate, everyone would have reacted the same way she did if they had been in the same situation.

“Anyone in my position would have reacted the same way. I then called the police because the argument was getting ugly. On the same night of the incident, I was questioned by the police, and the next morning I was at the police station where I was questioned again.”

SK said he was going to open a case of assault against Kate. The model told Daily Sun that she had been granted bail and given strict instructions not to get in touch with SK.

She also added that she still had feelings for him and did not want him to suffer any harm, especially while he was in England. She said that they had tried every avenue they could think of to enlist Khoza’s assistance, but to no success.

Last week, during his since-deleted Instagram Live, SK, who was in a hospital bed, said Kate almost killed him and attacked him with kitchen utensils.

SK Khoza Accuses His Fiancée Of Physical Abuse

Actor Sthembiso “SK” Khoza has for the past few years managed to trend for anything but his acting. This comes as his first baby mama Gogo Maweni put him on blast for being a deadbeat.

However, following his stint on Black Door, it seems that the actor has found himself going through the most. This time involves his fiance Choice Kate Mathebula. It seems that there is trouble in paradise as the actor is currently in hospital.

SK Khoza accuses fiance of abuse. Taking to Instagram Live, Sk Khoza put his fiance on blast for allegedly physically abusing him. The actor took to his Instagram and immediately go to the story as he explained:

“Ladies and gentlemen, I know I have not been live in over… a very long time. But looking at me smiling right now, I’m currently in England, and my fiance almost killed me…”

SK then addressed his attending officer who accompanied him to Norridge Hospital before continuing to name and shame his fiance by going on to explain:

SK then shares how he wishes his mother was around to “deal” with Cate personally rather than handing her over to the authorities. He then explains the circumstances of the abuse which resulted in his landing up in the hospital.

While he did not express what led to the physical altercation, he did explain that “Yeah from the spatula, to –tin opener, to umese (knife)… Now I’m lying in a hospital in England.”

His attending officer then explained that there was no arrest as yet since Cate was not found at their residency. As such, escape explains how he got out of the physical altercation by sharing:

“Please do not call it a physical fight, I was beaten, right? (This is as he breaks away to confirm with the attending officer). A fight is when you fight back…

Moreover, he made it clear that he wants to put his fiance on blast and his plans to stay single forever. Thereafter, he want on to add how he left the situation by first stating he was not sure why he did not walk away when things got heated before going on to add:

“Eventually, I crawled my way out of the house… Yeah, eventually, I crawled myself out of the house, and I got into the car and I switched on the heater. And I just sat and waited for the police to arrive…”

At the time SK made the live, he alleged that it was 02:00 in the morning, meaning that it was 03:00 in the country. Therefore, it seemed that he could not contact his mother or close family. Moreover, he makes it clear that his intention is to highlight that male physical abuse is rife.

But it seems that Musa is unmoved and does not care much about his recent friendship with Gogo Maweni as he has not deleted the post. A post which is technically unlawful. This is as South Africa’s privacy laws have stated that it is illegal to reveal someone else’s status without their consent or knowledge.

However, this is not the first time that Musa has been willing to break the law in order to have a scoop. The first time was the revenge p*rn video against Lulo Cafe. As reported:

SK Khoza speaks about drug abuse in new song

Sithembiso “SK” Khoza delves into music by featuring LulamaK in a song titled Hubbly and Alcohol.

The purpose of the song is to warn people against the abuse of drugs and smoking.

Speaking about the song and his forthcoming EP, LulamaK said:

“I decided to release only this one song because I felt that the EP was not ready, as there were songs I am not so happy about because I respect my craft.”

The singer claims actor SK is like a brother to him.

“I was on a verge of depression and it was during that time that I became very close to Sthembiso Khoza, who has now become more than a friend but a brother. We felt that we had a lot in common and this grew our brotherhood.”

“I feel like he was God-sent. I needed someone supportive, selfless, and genuine and he is exactly that. What inspires me the most about him is his work ethic, love for his craft, and love for his family. These happen to be my core values too,” he said.

SK Khoza’s drama lands him a Feather Awards nod4

Sthembiso “SK” Khoza has had quite an interesting year and one that’s not been without drama, so it comes as no surprise that he was nominated in the drama queen category of the 14th Feather Awards. It all started in April when a video of the actor circulated on social media where he could be seen hurling insults at an unidentified man while others tried to calm him down.

SK took to his Instagram timeline, apologising to everyone he had been “rude” and “mean” to. “Forgive me for I have sinned and was trapped in a very dark space, to everyone that I was rude and mean to … my deepest apologies.” he wrote.

Round two was when an explicit video of him went viral on Twitter. This time around the Kings of Joburg actor was seen having oral sex with an unidentified woman.

In an interview on The Uprising on Gagasi FM, the star said he didn’t owe anyone an explanation about his private life. However, he did set the record straight about a few things and apologised to people he might have offended.

“Do you know how old that video is? You don’t. You know why? Because it’s not yours. It wasn’t for y’all to see. It is very old , probably a year. Do you see how long my beard is? Because it just came out people think it is new.”
