Eva Modika stuns in Lera V Design at the Hollywoodbets Durban July

DJ, Influencer, and reality TV star, Eva Modika touches down at King Shaka International Airport, straight from a DJing gig in Ethiopia where she was booked for two days at Addis Ababa. She lands for the Hollywoodbets Durban July, dressed by Themba Shadrack Tshabalala of Lera V Design.

Draped in a classic shimmer set, graciously following the theme ‘Ride The Wave’. Eva’s look is inspired by the warmth, stillness, and vibrancy of the Indian Ocean in Durban. “I love working with new designers, and Lera V Design had just left working for Otiz Seflo to start his own brand. I wanted to support him, and he did not fail. He heard the vision and executed it along with the theme. The mandate was to ride the wave, fun, shimmer, classy, and not trying too hard.”

Crafted with patience, and attention to detail, Lera V Design says he wanted something less “serious” and to play on Eva’s classy yet fun and fluid personality. “I wanted to enhance her silhouette. She has a stunning body, snatched waist, and a classic woman’s figure which was easy to work with,” Tshabalala says. “This year, we did not want to go for the typical ball gown but something clean, fun, and edgy yet encapsulate theme.”

Diamond and Dolls reality star Eva Modika has opened up about her first attempt at liposuction that didn’t go well.

She recently took to her Instagram stories to reflect on her failed first attempt at liposuction in South Africa, which led to her developing lumps in 2020. The screenshot was shared on popular blogger Maphepha Ndaba’s Instagram pages, where the reality star relived her ordeal. “He’s not amazing at all. This the doctor who botched me in SA, but y’all go and be safe though. I was released from hospital the same day with no after care or massages. But I’ve been quiet.”

Eva underwent a successful Brazilian butt lift and liposuction in Turkey in April. She travelled there after a friend from Tanzania recommended the clinic and the doctor.

Speaking to TshisaLIVE after her April procedure, she lauded the clinic for taking care of her and criticised a South African hospital for allowing her to go home the same day.

“The experience at the hospital in Turkey has been amazing. The aftercare is superior. They literally check up on you every hour. I can walk around the hospital. The nurses help with breathing exercises and other techniques to help me recover fast. I love it here.”

Eva said after realising other people also struggle to find the right doctors, she chose to share her journey and will broadcast it on the second season of Diamond and Dolls.

“There are many people who have had failed or botched procedures and are afraid to speak about it. I want others to learn from my mistakes and be aware of the risks that come with choosing surgery.”

Eva Modika EXPOSES Sithelo Shozi

Diamonds and Dolls reality star Eva Modika has thrown shade at Sithelo Shozi following her trip to Turkey to get a new set of teeth. This comes after the Showmax reality star revealed Sithelo blocked her on social media.

She took to her Instagram stories to talk about how Sithelo took hints from her and traveled to the same clinic as her to get an operation done.

“Not the Mayor of Etheku in Turkey at the same clinic as where I did my body and that time she blocked me. Talk about influence mama,” she said. “You inspire people who pretend to not see you.”

Sithelo always expressed her insecurities when it comes to her teeth so she jetted off to Turkey to have them sorted out.

She purchased a new body a few months ago in Istanbul, Turkey. She also did her teeth at the same clinic.

On Instagram she wrote, “@the_clinique really came through when I was struggling from my first procedure. Fibroids, lump and a really hard tummy from my first liposuction. I did not have enough fat but I tried to gain weight ? lipo + bbl.”

She shared how the journey was like on Instagram live, “I was at the hospital. I was advised to be here for two days but I think on the third day I will go to the hotel. There will be so many things I’ll be doing. The doctor will advise.”

“Initially, when I was doing this surgery I was like I’m not going to share this time. You guys know I shared. everything when I did my liposuction in 2020 I did share on drum magazine and this platform. Even when I did my teeth I did share. When I did my teeth in Turkey I did share because I felt that someone might need to find a doctor that’s good to fix their teeth,” said Eva.

“I’m a club hostess that is now a reality star. 2017 I started hosting, Babalwa has been doing it. When I started doing it I was just a nobody. I got approached by the owner who told me that I was always at the club with ballers so why don’t I make money out of it.”

If you do not know who she is, she introduced herself on MacG’s podcast, “They told me about hosting. I just bring all the ballers and I get a percentage from the door. So they are making money out of me. People now know me as a host and as time went by I didn’t have to bring the ballers and I’d just got make an appearance and then I’d get paid,” she explains.

Eva Modika flaunts her new R65 000 body

South African Influencer and club hostess Eva Modika has finally revealed her R65 000 body. The reality TV Diamond and Dolls cast member, who went to get a body to revamp in Turkey in April, was now showing it off.

Eva had a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) and liposuction and while in Turkey, she shared videos of herself at the hospital.

“I was advised to be here for two days. On the third day, I’ll go to the hotel, but I’ll come back to do massages and many other things. So yes guys, I just want to be a proper doll, someone will ask ‘why surgery again?’ Well, because I want to be a proper doll,” she said.
Taking to social media, she posted a photo with the caption: “Ain’t no miles here. New body.”

Instagram user Lesego Motheo commented: “The moment we have all been waiting for.”

More Matshediso said she was happy for Eva.

“I know how happy you are with your new self. I’m happy for you too.”

Her fellow Diamond and Dolls personality Inno Morolong also got herself a body revamp worth R250 000 last year.

She said that Ayanda hates her because Eva approached her baby daddy on the day they met and said hie and he bought her alcohol in a club. Eva, who has a history with the man who is only identified as Peter, said she just greeted him as someone she knew at the club. Ayanda was also there with the man, and according to Eva, that’s how the beef started.

Eva Modika discusses how she met the guy before he was dating Ayanda. Peter is said to have stopped Eva and her friend on the freeway during the first lockdown. Eva Modika, through her Instagram, has shared that she is launching her make-up line, Pretty Much Beauty, in Engla nd. The former slay queen has been in London for a few days now. She has gotten to collaborate with prestigious brands in the fashion industry. Her make-up line officially collaborated with the Africa Fashion collective in London, a fashion show from the 12th through to 13 February 2022.

Pretty Much Beauty was launched in November 2021 as make-up with a range that covers everything beauty. Eva Modika has powders, foundations, concealers, make-up brushes, and lipsticks in the make-up range, only to mention a few products.
