Berita divorces Nota Baloyi who is in jail for saying K.O killed AKA

Singer, and songwriter Gugulethu “Berita” Khumalo has confirmed she is divorcing the controversial content creator and former artist manager Nhlamulo “Nota” Baloyi.

Despite Nota repeatedly denying his separation from his estranged wife, Berita put on record that they are no longer together, and the relationship is finished.

“I heard he was arrested for 60 days for contempt of court, but I don’t know anything because we do not speak anymore.” Berita has not spoken to his family either to confirm whether he is in jail and she does not plan to visit him behind bars.

“I know nothing about what is happening in his life. We do not talk, and we have not spoken for a long time. I will not be seeing him any time soon.” she adds.”

“We were officially married. I believed he was the one for me. But it turned out I was wrong, and we are currently in the process of getting a divorce.” The Siyathandana singer says that they tried to make it work but the marriage failed.

Berita says all her music is a representation of what is happening in her life or in the lives of those close to her.

“I called the song Peace Of Mind because that is what I want for myself, a place of solace, in spite of all the noise that is happening,” she says.

“I wish to be able to have peace of mind. I also wish peace of mind for my ex-husband to accept the things he cannot change,” she says.

“He is someone I thought I would be with for the rest of my life, but he does what he wants, and I am not in control of his action. But the best I can do is have peace within myself and continue with life. I thought he was for me, but it unfolded that he was not the one, I can’t beat myself up about it. I can just hope for the best for him.”

Nota was found guilty by the Joburg High Court of contempt of court and sentenced to direct imprisonment for 60 days.

This comes after rapper Ntokozo “K.O” Mdluli obtained a court order to refrain from implicating him in the killing of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes who was shot and killed outside a restaurant on Florida Road in Durban to which Nota has not complied with the court instructions, and continues the allegations against K.O on social media.

Nota Baloyi trolls his estranged wife Berita on social media again. Since the singer confirmed their separation after two years of marriage, Baloyi has consistently talked hideously about her and their marriage.

The Podcast presenter blames his estranged wife for their separation and has demanded an apology.

Following weeks of getting nothing from the singer, Nota returned to Twitter to reveal that his wife desires a divorce.

He further trolled her by claiming she has a stunted development, as she behaves like a child.

Controversial music mogul Nota Baloyi did not spare mercy for sportscaster Mpho Maboi when he dragged her for filth during his recent interview.

Nota has become notorious for unfiltered commentary on pop culture and feuding with Mzansi’s celebs. In a clip making the rounds on social media, comes to Sizwe Dhlomo‘s defense following rumors that he allegedly had a hand in the firing of Kaya FM station manager Sibongile Mtyali.

This comes after reports emerged earlier this week that Mtyali was shown the door by the station for reportedly refusing to axe Mpho Maboi after Sizwe complained about her.

To jog your memory a bit about the Mpho and Sizwe Dhlomo’s drama. ZAlebs reported that earlier this week, Kaya FM Sibongile Mtyali was reportedly fired from the station for refusing to fire Mpho after Sizwe reported Mpho to her for her late-coming incidents.

Social media users accused Sizwe of being a toxic co-worker and snitching on Mpho.

Following the major backlash Sizwe received, he took to Twitter to set the records straight and penned a detailed thread about what exactly happened between himself and Mpho Maboi.

Detailing his issues with Maboi’s tardiness. Dhlomo started the thread by explaining that:

“Okay, let’s correct some inaccuracies… We had a great sports person in Sandile Van Heerden. Amazing guy who always pitched in with the rest of the team we had built to contribute to the rest of the show & station.”

He said he was called into a meeting to inform him that Mpho would be joining the team, meaning that Sandile would be making his way out.

Sizwe said he spoke to her twice on record and when she continued, he went to her manager for him to address it.

“She then skipped her manager & called Sbo instead. I then asked why did you remove a person who obviously could deliver for someone who couldn’t?

The following day, HR then tried to send me an email telling me that our show meeting should be moved to accommodate Mpho & that I should no longer be involved in the music department as I had always been. That I shouldn’t be at work from midday anyway. Lol!,” he explained.

In conclusion, Sizwe said “I reported that directly to the board, copying both Sbo & HR. The board launched an investigation, staff members came forward to testify & I suppose this is the outcome of it.”

Nota Baloyi has reignited his beef with rapper Emtee as he once again drags him for filth. In a series of tweets, Nota ridiculed him as a father and called him a loser.

One wonders when the beef between the two will end since they have been beefing for a while. Taking a swipe at Emtee, Nota tweeted “Emtee is pathetic, no child should have such a loser as a father… Have some self-respect man, damn it!”

Nota Baloyi is working hard to maintain his unhinged image on social media. He posted a video on Sunday morning arguing with Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD) officers. This is the second time he’s gotten into a verbal altercation with the department’s officers in the last two weeks.

He said he caught the traffic cops red-handed and involved in illegal activities, and they tried to arrest him for that. In the video, he called the traffic cops lawbreakers who do not adhere to the law and hurled insults at them. When they asked Nota to roll down the window, he refused and taunted them to arrest or shoot him.
