Kay Sibiya is a South African actor and media personality most famous for his role as Ayanda in the popular series Uzalo. Born in the KwaZulu-Natal area, his interest in acting dates back to his younger years, but it wasn’t until recently that he became nationally famous. On the hiccups he’s had Sibiya said “The biggest challenge I have faced throughout my career is people not believing in me. I was never a model but somehow, I got a lot of modeling gigs. It was then that I got into presenting and then into acting.

I feel like people initially thought I was just a pretty face or that I got the gig because of my modeling career rather than my talent. Proving people wrong over the years and being consistent and improving in my craft is how I overcame it. It’s been a challenge and a joy. That’s not all. Kay Sibiya joins Imbewu The Seed

Kay Sibiya has officially joined the e.tv Family as Nkululeko Bhengu on the channels late-prime time drama Imbewu The Seed.

The news was made known by entertainer, Phil Mphela revealing that the star will make his Imbewu debut on Wednesday the 16th of February at 9:30PM, alongside an array of other well-known faces.

The character of Nkululeko is currently investigating the murder case regarding his mother’s death, and he is on the brink of finding out the shocking news.

However, Imbewu also celebrated its 1000th episode on 11 February. “This is a proud milestone for the production and we are incredibly pleased with the support of our viewers. We hope to keep our loyal viewers entertained with many more gripping episodes,” says Helga Palmer – eMedia’s Head of Local Programming.

Actor Kay Sibiya Set To Join Generations: The Legacy

Kay Sibiya will be joining the cast however it is unclear for how long he will be playing his role, as he will only be joining on the festive season. Jack Mabaso, played by Vusi Kunene is one of television’s top villains. Those villains who refuse to die or get defeated. Jack always comes out on top, giving him more power after every single victory.

He went on to pursue other roles after leaving the telenovela and appeared on Mzansi Magic’s The Queen, before landing a gig with American streaming platform Netflix, playing on the football series Agent.

The 13-part series, Agent tells the story of Blaze, a former professional football player whose career ended prematurely after an injury. Blaze turns into a football agent who is passionate about his client.

It was then picked up by SABC 1 and in a statement, the SABC said: ” Agent explores the kind of wheeling and dealing that goes on in the modern game, how sociopathic rival agents, megalomaniac club owners, scheming professional football players and their gold-digging football wags, compromised club managers, and duplicitous witch-doctors, shamelessly hustle and negotiate inside the corridors of world football power”.

In spite of the fact that Judie hasn’t been highlighting on the on-screen character’s internet based life, she is back and doing Tik Tok recordings with him.
