The most recent incident, an apparent Instagram story, Minnie Dlamini opens up about how the cold weather left her regretting getting a divorce. The posts talk about life as a single woman in this cold weather.

“It is very cold,” read the first one. The second post says, “Don’t get divorced people. See now I’m struggling.”

Minnie Dlamini also had fans worried after sharing a cryptic social media post. This post came at a time when trolls were having a field day with her and her ex-husband Quinton Jones’ failed marriage.

Minnie shared the post, a week after releasing a statement denying the cheating allegations, which apparently saw the end of her marriage.

After sharing the post the TV presenter was showered with kind words with some fans encouraging her to not engage with the hate she is receiving on Twitter.

Despite putting on a bold front most of the time, Minnie has had to deal with a lot. Besides dealing with her divorce Minnie has been a victim of cyberbullying.

Following the news about the untimely passing of rapper, producer and fashion icon Riky Rick apparently by suicide, Minnie opened up about her own struggles.

Minnie recently shared a throw back video of her, Bonang and Sizwe Dhlomo during their Live days. She shared the story of how her career began after taking a shot to audition for the Live presenter search.

As she marked 12 years since debuting on Live TV, she spoke of all the good memories they made.

“Today 12 years ago I got the call that changed my life forever. I had won the Live Presenter Search, I remember that feeling as if it were yesterday.”

Mzansi media personality, Minnie Dlamini‘s Father’s Day post went down in flames after she seemingly snubbed her baby daddy and ex; Quinton Jones.

The media personality shared an Instagram post dedicated to all the dads in her life.

Sharing a collection of pics, which included her own father, her grandfather, her father-in-law, and her older brother, Minnie Dlamini praised the men for being great dads.

She captioned the post: “It’s one thing to be blessed with the best dad I could ever ask for, it’s another thing entirely, to have that example from my grandfathers all the way to my older brother”.

They were going all over the country and “it could be you” I remember the ad said.” Minnie got dressed and gave it a try, and she was picked for the job.

“I got excited, I felt like this was my shot and I was going to take it. So naturally, since I was feeling a bit better, I watched the episode with GenSoc then got dressed and went out. A few friends that night asked me if I had seen the ad and if I was going to try out. There was a spark in me I hadn’t seen in months and I knew I had to try…”

“Today 12 years ago I got the call that changed my life forever. I had won the Live Presenter Search, I remember that feeling as if it were yesterday. @bonang_m @sizwedhlomo were consummate professionals and I knew that I needed to work extra hard to be worthy of being on that LIVE stage with them.

The mother of one said she will narrate how the interview process was someday, but she encouraged followers with how she started small and gave the job her all.

“I started working as an intern at the production company that produced LIVE. I did every job I could find. I ran errands, delivered tapes for the archive, booked crew for shoots and live shows, I would book artists to perform. Shot some inserts as crew. I did language count: this was where I had to rewatch the previous episode of the show and count how many minutes and seconds each language was spoken. It was tedious!!! However I got to watch, study, learn and interpret my findings into my own style. This has been a crazy 12 years and I wouldn’t change it for the world.” Minnie Dlamini thanked South Africans for making her dreams become a reality.

South African media personality, Minnie Dlamini was high in her feelings upon meeting vocalist Mandisi Dyantyis.

The TV personality went for his concert and endeavoured to gain access to his holding room.

She met him and expressed how much she adored him and applauded his dexterity with musical instruments; the broadcaster also said the singer plays the instrument like her late brother, Khosini.

Slik Talk reacts to Quinton Jones moving on from Minnie Dlamini

South Africa’s controversial YouTuber Slik Talk is no stranger to dragging SA celebs. Slik Talk is known for having a habit of lashing out with no qualms, and his remarks are often a topic of contention on social media.

The YouTuber has dragged Minnie Dlamini once again and he did not mince his words. This is after Musa Khawula alleged that his estranged ex-husband Quinton Jones has found love again in the arms of a woman named Kayla. Minnie and Quinton are in the process of getting divorced, but their private affairs have been making headlines lately.

The pair has not been catching a break since Musa Khawula alleged that Quinton ended their marriage after discovering Minnie was allegedly cheating on him. He alleged that Minnie was romantically linked with businessman Edwin Sodi, who is rumoured to have blessed several female celebs.

Minnie did not escape Slik Talk’s wrath, who said he’s proud that Quinton has a new girlfriend. In a video he uploaded on his YouTube channel, Slik Talk alleged that a lot of people knew what Quinton was getting himself into when he married Minnie.

“It took him four years and his girl to be piped by a corrupt businessman in order for this guy to find his manhood. Quinton Jones you played yourself as the biggest simper in the country. Everybody knows you got played, you were a sucker. We all knew what you were marrying but you didn’t know,” he said.

When the pair announced their divorce in a joint statement they pleaded for privacy, but Slik Talk says they publicized their wedding, however now, they want the public to “walk on eggshells when it comes to your marriage.”

“You cannot have a whole reality show on your wedding and when sh*t hits the fan, now you want privacy and everybody has to walk on eggshells when it comes to your marriage. You married somebody that was for the streets that’s what you married,” he said.

He went on to slam Minnie Dlamini calling her a failure “You are a failure of a wife, people don’t wanna talk about that Minnie Dlamini failed as a wife that’s a fact. She wasn’t woman enough to be a wife to this man and we all know it,” he said.

Popular podcaster MacG came under fire recently after he made an outrageous comparison between Minnie and Zodwa Wabantu. MacG made startling accusations against the two, claiming that they sell sex for a living.

“There is no difference between Minnie Dlamini and Zodwa Wabantu, they both sell p*ssy… One owns it, one doesn’t,” he claimed.

“That’s where my issue is and if you are selling pssy just say yeah and this is how I get my sht we won’t judge you. Who are we to judge we are not God, we are all hustling,” he continued.

Social media users weighed in on his remarks and condemned his sexist attitude. But, Slik Talk has defended him. The YouTuber said: Minnie Dlamini has been living a lifestyle without the work. She hasn’t been putting in the work, but she has been living an extravagant lifestyle.

Mzansi reacts to Minnie Dlamini and ex’s joint statement

Social media users are not convinced Minnie Dlamini and Quinton Jones’ joint statement released on Wednesday 11 May, amid cheating rumours circulating on social media, is legit.

The media personality and her estranged husband released a statement addressing the viral cheating scandal that is allegedly the reason behind their divorce. In the statement, Minnie and Quinton also threatened to take legal action against the relevant parties responsible for these allegations.

On 15 February 2022, the actress, businesswoman and TV presenter released a joint statement with her estranged husband announcing their divorce. The couple explained that the last two years had been rocky for them, this after they tied the knot in 2017.

Since then, the pair have been a trending topic, but more so this week when controversial social media entertainment commentator Musa Khawula alleged that Minnie “cheated” on her former American football player husband with businessman Edwin Sodi.

Khawula also claimed that Quinton reportedly found out about Minnie’s alleged cheating and filed for divorce. He added that she’s allegedly refusing to sign the divorce papers.

With the couple trending for more than two days as the cheating rumours were being dissected on social media, they released a statement refuting the allegations on Wednesday.

The former Mr and Mrs Jones explained that the rumours are “baseless” and “damaging”. They also threatened to take legal action as a result.

However, Twitter users are not convinced that the statement is from both parties.

On Sunday 8 May, a local publication reported that Quinton had allegedly pulled out of their joint business venture amid the ongoing divorce. These reports, as well as Quinton’s silence throughout their marriage, divorce and the cheating rumours, are some of the reasons netizens believe the statement may be one-sided.

Others have said that they will not believe the validity of the statement unless Quinton releases one himself or posts a video. This while others went as far as claiming that the statement was put together by Minnie’s PR team.

Slik Talk slammed Soccer Zone presenter Minnie Dlamini for choosing money over love after it emerged that she cheated on her ex-husband Quinton Jones.

In a two-minute video posted earlier today, Slik Talk roasted Minnie saying that she was desperately holding on to her famous s.e.x appeal when her beauty has depreciated. He dissed Minnie saying that she used to be Joburg 10 but now she is just a mere Gomora 6.

He said that she was despicable for cheating on Quinton after spending his money.

Minnie Dlamini refusing to sign divorce paper after being caught cheating

Minnie Dlamini is currently trending on social media after it has been reported that she is refusing to sign divorce paper.

The star was reported to have cheated on her husband Quinton Jones and he cannot stand the act of his cheating wife as he files for a divorce.

Dlamini and Jones, who walked down the aisle on July 8 2017, announced their separation in a joint statement in February.

They said they tried to save their five-year marriage in the past two years by consulting with their families and counsellors for advice but decided to go their separate ways when they couldn’t rekindle their love.

This has left Mzansi shocked and unable to process how Minnie was the catalyst in her own marriage demise.

It was also revealed that Minnie left her matrimonial home to enjoy the warmth of another man a month after her brother died.

It is alleged that she grew cold towards Quinton.
