Media personality Relebogile Mabotja on having an empty womb -I sobbed

Media personality, Relebogile Mabotja details everything about the birth of her son whom she welcomed on the 5th of May, 2021.

After narrating how she almost lost the cutie, she disclosed how she felt upon realising her baby was out of her womb.

It dawned on the former Metro FM personality that the rubbing of her womb will hence be in vain.

“I was out of bed from my op 15 hours after being cut so I could walk to my baby in NICU and get some much needed skin to skin bonding, feeding and staring and smelling and loving,” she kicked off her narration.

“Baby was taken to NICU immediately after being checked and when I was in recovery, and realized my belly was empty and my baby was not with me, I sobbed. I wasn’t prepared for the separation anxiety and the penny dropping that I am no longer pregnant. Even now, I still have moments of holding my belly and missing the feeling of him being there.”

Relebogile shared a cute photo of herself kissing her son and it’s heart-melting. Speaking about the photo, she said:

“But this right here was by far one of my favourite. He recognized my voice. He was tiny but so strong. I held him for the first time… My little champ is a fighter and I have been smothering him in kisses since…”

Relebogile Mabotja is gushing over her pregnancy. The star took to her social media to announce she is pregnant and will be the arrival of her bundle of joy anytime soon.

Relebogile recently revealed her baby’s gender as her followers were able to put two and two together and concluded that she’s having a baby boy.

Well, it looks like she is obsessed with her pregnancy look. Taking to Instagram, she stated that she has disliked her tummy for years only for it to bring out the greatest gift.

Relebogile captioned: “Imagine disliking your tummy and mkhaba and stomach for years because it didn’t look how you wanted it to only for it to bring you your greatest gift…What a way to get me obsessed with my belly and this body of mine and all it is capable of…Creating and carrying life! I see what you did there Bra”

Media Personality Relebogile Mabotja Reveals Her Baby’s Gender

We are still very much excited over Relebogile’s pregnancy ever since she made the announcement last month. The television and radio personality recently took to social media to reveal the gender of her unborn baby. Mabotja shared a snap holding something that looked like a firecracker with blue smoke coming out.

Her followers were able to put two and two together and concluded that she’s having a baby boy. Some big names in the industry took to the comment section to congratulate Relebogile. “We make kings,” commented new mom Minnie Dlamini. Actress Rami Chuene said,” Oh mama! It’s a boy!!!!’ And Jennifer Bala congratulated Mabotja.

On the 19th of March 2021, the media personality announced her pregnancy by gracing the cover of Batswadi Magazine to a warm reception. Her baby is due this May. She revealed this when she announced the new season of her show, Unpacked with Relebogile.
