Nelia Kadungure got people insinuating that she is now selling cars for a living after she posted pictures of a Mercedes Benz on her Instagram story asking people to inbox her for prices

However, Nelia Kadungure’s profession is not known and when people saw her post they suspected that she is selling part of Ginimbi’s estate in order to maintain the lavish lifestyle her brother lived before he died.

Nelia Kadungure is the beneficiary to 60% of Ginimbi’s estate and she is currently residing at Ginimbi’s mansion in Domboshawa. Below are some of the pictures the popular businesswoman posted

Ginimbi’s manager Ms Shally Mourns Death Of Her Dad

The late businessman Ginimbi‘s manager, Ms Shally. Ms Shally announced on Instagram that her 71-year-old father had passed on but she didn’t specify the details of his death.

In a post she wrote:

“I lost someone extremely precious to me, My dad was a part of me he was my everything. 71 years old it’s classified as young when it comes to losing someone you loved unconditionally and with all your being. He made me who i am, started to train me when I was 14 so that I could face the world but i never wanted to face it without you Dad. I keep asking God questions why add pain upon pain, this life is slowly becoming unbearable.”

Although widely known for being Ginimbi’s manager, Ms Shally is also the owner of a number of businesses. According to Pindula, she is currently married to a Belgian by the name of Eric Nullens and she has a daughter named Zoe.

Even on his funeral Zodwa Mkandla was addressed as their daughter-in-law. She even gave a speech too. She is being consulted in most of the major decision in Ginimbi’s Estate and businesses. Ginimbi’s manager responds to news that she was fired by Zodwa

There are rumours circulating on social media that Shaleen Nullens aka Ms Shally was left homeless after the death of Ginimbi and was fired by Ginimbi’s ex-wife Zodwa Mkandla. She has however reacted to the news as she explains what really happened. Below is her responds

I don’t usually respond to rumours but I decided to respond just to this one. When God decided to take Genius “Ginimbi” away that second my position in his precious life was no more.

Genius believed in excellence, to stay close to him you had to prove you had something to offer, something that could cause a positive impact be it in business or his personal life. He was all about results and facts.

I was His manager till the end and i gave him results beyond his expectations. I am a woman who produces good results and talk less, my results in running successful businesses and events were even acknowledged by Forbes Africa on the Forbes Africa 30under 30 list as one of the young entrepreneurs in Africa to look out for, to add to it the UN department UNHCR requested me to be a co-founding member of the businesswoman network the list can go on and on, i appreciate being recognised but my focus it’s to make money that is what i was trained to do.

This goes back to when I was 14years old my father made sure he is training me to work hard for money and not wait for handouts.

I was living with Genius not because I was homeless ??. When Genius was buried i flew back to South Africa the next day because i can’t live in that house without him, every corner of that households precious memories.

I have been living in South Africa to be specific Sandton central since 1999 it’s as good as home to me. Anything that has to do with Genius I’m just a call away. I will stay loyal to him until the day we meet again. Shallo?.

Well-known Prophets fight over Ginimbi’s destination in the afterlife – Hell or Heaven?

Prophet Passion Java who has been beefing with Mai TT and Pokello as of late, has added another person on his list of enemies. While he is known to be “a man of God”, Passion Java fueds with just about everyone including other prophets.

Passion Java has been exchanging insults with Prophet Madungwe and it all emanated from the discussion of Ginimbi‘s destination in the afterlife.

Madungwe said he was in hell and Passion, on the other hand, said he was in heaven, and ever since those pronunciations they’ve been at odds. But a new beef has been added into the mix and it is ever escalating.

This time his anger is directed to Andy Baleni owner 1202 Herbal Solutions who has been bashing the former on social media.

On several live videos on Instagram, called out Passion Java for being an unbeliever who has been blacklisted in heaven. He even went as far as dragging him for his looks calling him a goat. He is also being accused of using artists and not paying them.

However Java’s friends are taking the disrespect personally, Uncle Epatan who Passion Java bought a Mercedes Benz for released a diss track titled Wakashinga.

Before Ginimbi’s unexpected death, Passion was always trying to gain relevance by attacking him. The two competed in terms of cars, property, and even their birthday parties. This year Ginimbi held an all-white party at what was his Domboshava mansion and Passion Java had a star-studded affair at the Capetown waterfront.

Ginimbi’s family accepts unsigned will

Relatives of the late socialite and businessman Genius Ginimbi Kadungure and other possible beneficiaries of his estate, yesterday unanimously accepted an unsigned will recently filed at the Master of High Court which gives a friend known as “Kit Kat” a Lamborghini and places all other assets under a family trust.

The bulk of the assets including the Domboshawa mansion, cars and companies will be part of the Genius Kadungure Trust. The mansion will be converted into a hotel which operates under the said trust.

Ginimbi’s father, Mr Anderson Kadungure, according to the will, is entitled to 10 percent of funds generated in the trust while Ginimbi’s sisters Nelia and Juliet will get 60 percent and 30 percent respectively.

A Harare man claiming to be Ginimbi’s best friend, Mr Nomatter Zinyengere, last week registered the deceased’s estate and filed a will that was not signed.

According to reports coming out Ginimbi‘s friend Tinashe Kit Kat will be inheriting Ginimbi’s Lamborghini, this is according to Ginimbi’s unsigned will which was submitted to the Master Office at the high court last week.

It is understood, although this cannot be confirmed, that the bulk of the estate, including the businesses and Domboshava mansion, are to be assigned to a trust under the unsigned will although there are individual beneficiaries, including it is said someone called “KIT KAT” who is the listed heir of Kadungure’s Lamborghini vehicle.

The will would probably make it clear who would be sharing the revenue from the proposed trust as well as who would be the trustees, or at least how these would be appointed.

Generally the wishes of a dead person expressed in a will are followed, although the law makes provision for the continued maintenance of those being looked after by the estate before the death, along with other concerns.

A Harare man, Mr Nomatter Zinyengere, claiming to be Mr Kadungure’s best friend, this week registered the deceased’s estate and unsuccessfully tried to push the Master of High Court into accepting the unsigned will.

Although Genius’s father Anderson Kadungure and sisters Juliet and Neria were listed as possible beneficiaries of the estate, Mr Zinyengere has been leading the legal process.It was not immediately clear if Mr Zinyengere was “KIT-KAT”. An online check identified Zinyengere as the director of a South African registered company called KAT Group, which was incorporated in August 2019.

The will shows that Kadungure owned the Domboshava mansion, a company called Infinity Gas, an undisclosed fleet of vehicles and several other companies.

The custodians of the unsigned will, Ranros Estate Administrators, wrote a cover letter seeking the speedy acceptance of the unsigned document as the actual last will and testament for the distribution of the estate.

They argued that some of Kadungure’s companies in Botswana have stopped operating since that country requires an estate to be reported to the authorities before operations can resume.

“The deceased died before signing his last will and testament. We are therefore kindly asking your office to urgently convene a meeting with all beneficiaries so that you can accept the will and issue the court sealed letters of administration.

“The deceased had a running business in Botswana and it stopped operations on November 9, 2020. The laws of that country require the estate to be reported to the Master of High Court within 14 days so that operations will resume.

“The major fear of the beneficiaries is that the business partners of the deceased in Botswana might take advantage and vandalize the assets of the deceased,” reads part of the letter.

However, the Office of the Master through a letter signed by K F Chigomararwa, an Additional Master of High Court in charge of the Deceased Estates, refused to be pushed into accepting the unsigned will.
