Cedric Fourie (Lehasa) slams Skeem Saam fans over intimate video with Lerato Marabe (Pretty)

Popular South African actor, Cedric Fourie, who portrays the role of Lehasa took to social media on Tuesday, 16 January to lambast Skeem Saam fans’ comments on his behind-the-scenes video with actress Lerato Marabe, who portrays his on-screen lover Pretty.

The Skeem Saam actor Cedric Fourie’s video with Marabe went viral on Monday, 15 January when viewers of the show suggested he’s dating his on-screen lover.

Fourie wrote: “Nywe nywe (blah blah) I’d never date and actor/actress as if they’d date you in the first place. Shut the f**k up and focus on your types ke. Y’all can’t even manage your own relationships with your families!”

Marabe also took to X on Monday to respond to the viral video and wrote; “Waka” (mine).

The actor shared the 12-second video on his social media accounts and captioned it: “Get you an on-screen wifey who reignites your energy levels during a hectic day at work.”

Fourie’s video received over 2 million views on X at the time of publishing this article.

Cedric Fourie(Lehasa’s) alleged salary on Skeem Saam

We can all agree that he has been an endless news headline-timer of late, and his charming looks and muscular body has often seen him trending for the wrong reasons of late. Cedric Fourie is a celebrated South African actor best known for his on-screen character Lehasa Maphosa on the SABC1 drama series Skeem Saam.
