On Sunday, Sizwe Dhlomo who is a radio presenter revealed that Bonang doesn’t want to do radio anymore despite talking her into it many times.

Matheba saw the tweet and affirmed that Sizwe has really tried in talking her into it, but she’s not interested and never doing radio.

Bonang Matheba Responds To Claims Of Being Jobless

Bonang Matheba reacts to reports that she is jobless. Queen B has been more private after the Covid year; she posts less on her social media accounts, hence leaving fans and followers curious as to what she’s been doing.

At some point some social media users claimed she is living luxuriously without working; making them question the source of her wealth.

Well, the claim was swept under the carpet as she didn’t react to it.

Fast forward to Sunday when she hosted an event organized by Standard Bank, a fan reacted to the news with, “Someone asked me what Bonang is doing? they thought she was doing nothing. I wish I could tag them every time she shows off her work!”

The media personality was shocked to hear that people think she does nothing, but she laughed it off.

Bonang Matheba Set To Leave Young, Famous And African

Following mounting concerns over media personality Bonang Matheba joining the cast of Young, Famous, and African since her fall out with Nadia Nakai. With just a few episodes into the newest season currently streaming, Matheba has since exited the show.

Considering the anticipation from scores of viewers after news that Queen B was joining the diverse cast of Young, Famous & African. It appears all the excitement has been short-lived as Bonang Matheba has since left the show after feeling ganged up on.

Although her contractual obligations may have been for that short period of time a handful of people blame the cards she was dealt by other co-stars. Queen B and rapper Nadia Nakai were once friends and already viewers were clutching their pearls for Bonang joining the show to face off her ex-friend.

By the look of things, everyone’s concerns about the two not being able to co-exist in one space turned out to be a reality after how Nadia Nakai treated Bonang Matheba. Media personalities Khanyi Mbau and Nadia Nakai made it clear as day that they had no interest in engaging nor being friendly with Bonang.

During her diary session, Mbau called out Bonang for being feared by her friends and that she found it challenging being around people who did not care about all her achievements, social standing, and status.

“This is a different space, when you walk into this family ‘ey’ we are all kings and queens. I think Bonang has walked into a room where everyone here has achieved the most. But she has never had friends are the same level as her. She has always had people that are below her or adore her, so it is going to be difficult to get into a space like this. Cause here we don’t care who you are. Your fault Luis is that you confronted someone that is not used to being confronted by anyone. Mbau even proceeded to deny having any friendship with Bonang, despite the pair running in the same circles since they were teenagers. However, viewers have since called out Mbau on being intimidated and threatened by any female cast member who joins the show, first season it was Zari, and now Bonang Matheba.

Mounting concerns over media personality Bonang Matheba and rapper Nadia Nakai being on Young, Famous and African season 2. Both ladies were once best of friends but it is a known fact that as of late they can not stand each other.

While the excitement is at an all-time high following the Young, Famous, and African season 2 trailer release yesterday that features new faces including Queen B. Scores of viewers are waiting with bated breath to witness how Bonang Matheba and Nadia Nakai will interact with each other.

Matheba and Nakai, who were once friends do not get along anymore. Although the reason for their fall out remains unknown but it became very obvious and apparent once Nadia Nakai got romantically involved with Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes.

Obviously, Matheba used to date AKA back in the day and the pair were relationship goals. However, their relationship was followed with drama as Matheba was accused of stealing AKA from her then friend, Ntombezinhle ‘DJ Zinhle’ Jiyane.

However, Matheba and AKA continued to date for at least two years which was also followed by drama again after their split. Before his tragic passing, AKA was deeply and madly in love with Nadia Nakai and rumor has it he was going to propose this year.

Viewers and tweeps at large are expecting nothing but drama galore when both Matheba and Nadia Nakai cross paths, because their friendship coming to an end over AKA.

Media personality and businesswoman Bonang Matheba has her followers and tweeps at large in a chokehold with her new relationship. Evidently, Matheba has been hinting that she is in a new relationship, and in another cryptic tweet she even hinted at being with the child but nothing has been set in stone surrounding being pregnant.

Everybody knows that Queen B is booked and busy but when three months ago she dropped an episode on YouTube in partnership with Steve Madden. Queen B will be joining the cast of Netflix’s Original Reality TV show, Young, Famous and African season 2, starting next month (May, 19)

The official trailer for the Young, Famous, and African reality TV show has been released, alongside other details.

The Netflix original first African reality television series premiered in March 2022 and will drop its second season on the 19th of May 2023.

Over the past months, South African media personality Bonang Matheba was rumored to be in the 2nd season, and it’s finally confirmed following the release of the trailer.

Queen B features on the reality show and she claimed it was fun.

Bonang Matheba hints at running for President in 2024

Bonang Matheba hints at delving into politics after President Cyril Ramaphosa passed the amended Electoral Amendment Bill of 2022.

The amendment allows independent candidates to contest National Assembly and provincial legislature elections.

The media personality who is also a businesswoman expressed excitement at the amended bill and some of her followers chanted “Bonang for President.”

Bonang Matheba gushes over her mother

South African award-winning television presenter, radio personality, actress, and social media personality, Bonang Matheba gushes over her mother on social media.

The media personality is quite private about her personal life, as she hardly speaks about family, asides from Pinky Girl who is famously known to be her cousin and business partner.

Taking to Twitter on Thursday night, Queen B expressed love for her mother.

The reason behind the unusual tweet is unknown, but we all now know that Bonang loves her mom dearly.

Why not show her mom some love? She was born in Mahikeng, North West, and she is known for her flamboyant presenting skills and her signature voice.

She presented the SABC 1 music show LIVE (now Live Amp) which built her spotlight in the industry. She is also known for being the first Black South African to be featured on numerous magazines.

In 2011, she became the first South African celebrity to launch an online reality show called B*Dazzled. In 2013, she was the first international ambassador for the cosmetic brand Revlon, outside the US.

In 2014, she hosted the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards pre-show, which made her become the first South African to host the pre-ceremony. In 2015, she became the first African to be given an E! News Special Africa on E!.

In 2016, she graced the cover of Forbes Woman Africa, alongside three other women who were all given a headline for being the Faces of Entrepreneurship. She released her book From A to B and premiered her own reality show Being Bonang, both in 2017. In 2018, she was featured on the power issue of GQ SA, for the September edition.

Tweeps took under Bonang Matheba’s comments to also add salt into the wound by inserting that, evidently she has been quiet hence the pregnancy assumptions. Some tweeps have mentioned that Matheba would make a great mother though while other tweeps are certainly not thrilled at the ‘crazy’ pregnancy news.
