Warrant of arrest issued for Andile Mpisane

A warrant of arrest has been issued for Royal AM FC chairman Andile Mpisane. This comes after he allegedly violated an interim protection order.

Andile allegedly followed and threatened his ex-girlfriend, DJ Sithelo Shozi.

The warrant of arrest was issued on Friday, 3 March, and Sithelo went to Durban North police station to hand it over to the police to arrest her ex-boyfriend.

But she was allegedly turned down and advised to wait for Andile to violate the order again.

Last year Sithelo had a protection order against Andile after he allegedly threatened to kill her last year.

He is the son of the Durban prominent business women Shauwn ‘MamMkhize’ Mkhize.

Andile allegedly threatened her with phone calls.

In January, the Royal AM FC chairman allegedly followed Sithelo in Cape Town where she was booked to perform.

She allegedly left the club escorted after she noticed that, Andile was in the club called The Milk.

Her lawyer, Mabu Marweshe, of Marweshe Attorneys, confirmed to Daily Sun that the magistrate in Durban did issue a warrant of arrest against the defendant.

“We are considering legal avenues to enforce the same as our client has been receiving calls from private numbers amongst other things that can be construed as a violation of the standing interim order.

“The authorities will investigate as to who has been making these calls and deal with it accordingly. We will allow them to play their role in protecting our client at all costs, including arresting the defendant if they are satisfied that he violated the order of the court” he said.

He added that after the warrant of arrest was issued, their client made attempts to approach the police.

“She was advised to wait till the perpetrator violates the order again, we are worried about her safety but we have faith in the law that they will do what they are mandated to do and protect the vulnerable victims of never-ending GBV-related abuse,” he said.

The publication is in the position of the warrant of arrest for Andile Mpisane.

Andile Mpisane’s lawyer, Happy Godi, told Daily Sun that it is illegal for him to comment on the merits of domestic violence matters without the permission of the court.

KZN SAPS spokesperson Constable Thenjiswa Ngcobo said police can’t comment at the stage as Sithelo has not presented the name of the cop who told her to wait for the defendant to violate the protection order again.

A criminal case is yet to be registered.

The much anticipated court case between DJ Sithelo Shozi and Andile Mpisane was well underway the day before yesterday at an undisclosed court in Durban. Confirming the news, Sithelo Shozi has answered one of her fans by claiming that yesterday she was definitely in court.

Yesterday was the day that Sithelo Shozi faced off with Andile Mpisane and probably Shauwn Mkhize in court following the gender-based violence allegations leveled against Andile Mpisane by Sithelo Shozi. After tweeps were claiming that Sithelo Shozi’s recent riches were sponsored by Shauwn Mkhize to silence her about the court case.

Sithelo Shozi was not shy to rubbish the allegations that she is being paid to keep quite about the claims she has initially made against Andile Mpisane for abuse and threats. When earlier she was asked about the petition to grant her a protection order against Andile Mpisane, Sithelo took to Twitter to clear the air.

By the way Shozi was happy to share the news surrounding her case, it could only mean things might have worked in her favor. When another tweep asked her how did the court went, Shozi was ecstatic to share the news that she was indeed in court and nobody is bribing her for her silence.

Shozi has been kind enough to keep some of her fans and followers in the know with her court case. Shozi admitted herself that she owed it to her fans and people at large because they were the same people that helped her with the petition signatures that has been heard by the court.

Last week Shauwn Mkhize was also accused of allegedly paying off people to write bad story about Sithelo Shozi to only defamed and tarnish her image ahead of the court case.

Andile Mpisane’s mother-in-law –Delvis Stifler Louw breathes fire as it ends in tears

Football boss Andile Mpisane’s mother-in-law –Delvis Stifler Louw – is involved in a tug-of-war with a popular designer store after it allegedly sold her a “dirty dress”.

An unimpressed Louw took to her Instagram page this week to “expose” top celebrity fashion house FabroSanz Creations for being unprofessional and failing to refund her after she was sold a “dirty dress”.

However, FabroSanz Creations owner Sandi Mazibuko described Louw as being “dramatic” because her refund had been processed.

Mazibuko revealed that Louw’s refund had already been approved by their accountant and was processed on Thursday night from the shop’s other bank account. She said that could explain why the money had not yet reflected in Louw’s account.

On Friday she confirmed to that Louw spent R43 000 at the Nelson Mandela Square store in Sandton a week ago where she bought a hat and a dress.

Mazibuko said:
She came back to the store after her [Instagram] post on Monday and spoke to our store manager and explained to him [what the problem was] because the lady who assisted her at the time was not there. She said the dress she bought was dirty, which meant that it was dirty when we sold it to her.

The creative director said when the dress was returned, it had makeup marks which were not there when Louw bought it a week ago.

“We did not have any proof that the dress was dirty when she bought it. She wanted a refund, and the dress was returned dirty. So, [our policy says] we don’t refund if the dress is returned in a non-saleable condition. But we were advised to just refund her because the assistant who assisted her was not there and is no longer working for us,” Mazibuko said.

FabroSanz, which is located at the prestigious mall in Sandton, sells high-end Nguni traditional designer outfits. The fashion store dresses celebrities and has previously partnered with the Miss SA pageant to dress former title holder Shudufhadzo Musida.

The store also dresses media personalities such as the Real Housewives of Durban star Thobile Mseleku and award-winning actress Jessica Nkosi.

Louw is the mother of Tamia Mpisane, who married the Royal AM club boss early this year. She is the co-founder and CEO of Riqueza Holdings, a company that caters for clients with money. It also offers financial wellness coaching.

On Instagram she did not mince her words when she shared her experience, saying she was disgusted by how she was treated at the store when she returned the dress this week.

Louw fumed:
They say it’s dirty. I did not take it out of the shopping bag after buying it. It was taken off their mannequin, so how exactly did I dirty it? I didn’t even try that particular dress on as I tried a red one off the floor in the same size and ended up buying a yellow one off the mannequin.

“So, how exactly did I dirty the dress that I didn’t even wear? Why is the red one not dirty? They are trying everything and anything to get out of giving me a cash refund because of ‘their policy’, which is not stated anywhere in their store, is that they give you a voucher [instead of cash],” she vented.

Her phone went unanswered on Friday as she was said to be travelling to Dubai. But earlier she had insisted on social media that she wanted her money back.

“I don’t want no voucher. I want nothing from that store! I left those clothes at your shop on Friday [last week] and still haven’t received a call from them.

“Mind you, they didn’t even give me a receipt. They just asked for my email address, so the only proof of purchase I had was the speed point slip,” she fumed.

From a voice note making rounds on social media between Sbahle Mpisane and Sithelo Shozi,. Even Sbahle Mpisahle allegedly told Sithelo Shozi that she did not know about Tamia at all.

“By playing nice I am not against anyone and I don’t want to get involved in Andile’s matters that he has gotten married to someone I didn’t know about.
