Zola 7 Responds To Pearl Thusi

Legendary Kwaito star Bonginkosi “Zola 7” Dlamini, has been on everyone’s lips lately following a video of him in a shocking state that went viral on social media

Zola 7 won the hearts of many people with his heart of gold a couple of years ago where he helped young people realize their dreams and helped poverty-stricken families with money and food through his SABC 1 show called Hope With Zola.

Now, it appears he is nit doing well and has lost a lot of weight and some are worried about his well-being. Rumors recently emerged that he has been struggling financially and is not even able to take care of his children.

Many have been rallying behind him and calling on everyone to lend a helping hand in order to change his life for a better. TV actress Pearl Thusi landed herself in trouble after disputing to assist him in a tweet. Replying to a Twitter user who claimed that SA celebs have abandoned Zola, Pearl tweeted about his alleged GBV claims.

“That awkward GBV moment kinda makes things a bit tricky,” Pearl replied. Zola has since silenced her. Hitting back at her accusations Zola said, “Those who know me at a close proximity know false accusations from the truth.”

In 2017 we reported that the musician’s wife Sibongile Nkabinde had opened a case of physical assault against him following a physical altercation between them. When asked for a comment by a local publication he refuted to comment on the allegations.

“Look, I don’t know anything about these reports you talking about. I am at work and am not interested in speaking to the media. If I had anything to say, I would use my social media,” he said.

Astute entrepreneur and reality television star Mamkhize took it upon himself to help Zola 7. MamKhize invited him to one of her properties in Sandton where they had a great time together. She pleaded with rich businessmen and Mzansi to assist the struggling legend.

“I’m commanding all of you to show Zola love. Guys this is me sitting with Zola and commanding the whole country to show Zola love. I don’t want you one day to show Zola love when he is no longer here.”
