‘Life lives on the other side of fear!!! I jumped from a bridge today…the highest bungee bridge in the world!!! Safe to say there’s nothing I can’t do‘, those were the words of actress Thando Thabethe after taking the risk to jump from the highest bridge in the world.

It started and ended in tears as Thando Thabethe bungee jumped for the first time at Bloukrans River Bridge.

Bungee jumping is never a sport for the weak and those who fear death. Thando Thabethe shared emotional videos of herself bungee jumping for the first time at Bloukrans River Bridge.

Bloukrans River Bridge located in Plettenberg Bay South Africa is the highest Bungy in the world. It measures a massive height of 216 meters. To most people, bungee jumping is an experience they dread to do and do not see the value in it. However, not Thando Thabethe!

Negative reactions to bungee jumping vary from person to person. It includes anxiety, panic attacks, nausea, and at times heart attack. For this reason, a person must be physically fit and healthy before attempting the to bungee jump.

At first, Thando Thabethe cried hysterically like she was having a mild panic attack. The professional staff members at Bloukrans River Bridge kept reassuring the Housekeepers actress that she would not fall. After several encouragements by the Bloukrans River Bridge staff, the tears finally stopped and Thabethe grabbed the bull by its horns and jumped! The staff members continued cheering her on.

The exhilarating experience was so intense and Thabethe is seen screaming whilst in the air. She jumped kicking and screaming and after a few adrenaline-filled bounces she started swinging gracefully and overcame her fears.

Thando Thabethe admits that although it started in tears of fear, it ended in tears of joy and given a choice, she would bungee jump all and over again.
