Vusi Nova reveals Somizi still loves Mohale

Mzansi singer Vusi Nova teased his “bestie” Somizi Mhlongo about still being in love with his estranged husband, Mohale Motaung on an episode of his reality series on 1 June.

Vusi Nova teased Somizi Mhlongo about still being in love with his estranged husband Mohale Motaung on an episode of the reality series.

“You’re still in love,” said Vusi Nova.

This came after the media personality revealed that he got his first call from his estranged husband Mohale Motaung since the infamous audio clips leaked by Sunday World and abuse allegations.

“It is exactly 13 minutes past 12, 2022 January the one. I’m on Snap(chat), I’m taking a video then I see husband. I’m like what the f******* f***,” he said.

Somizi revealed that his friend Ndo bloakced Mohale from his WhatsApp.

“So Ndo blocked him on WhatsApp. A video call of all things. The caller ID said ‘husband’. I said never, not today. But anyway they shouted at me for still having him saved as husband. It doesn’t matter to me, because I don’t go looking for his number. I have never spoken to this person since day one of everything,” he continued.

So, how does Vusi feel about his “bestie’s” estranged husband? Well it turns out the singer never liked Mohale from the start!

“Did I like Mohale? No. I only tolerated him because Somizi loved him so much and that love he never got back,” said Vusi in his piece to camera.

The singer also feels like Somizi lost himself during the marriage.

“Because for me I felt at some point, you kind of lost yourself within the relationship. You became someone that I didn’t understand. Since you met this boy, somewhere half way-through you met this boy, you change, Somizi,” he said.

“I can’t even tell Somizi be strong because he is strong, one of the strongest people I know. I know he is going to continued doing great things and I am always going to be right behind you, always,” he continued.
