Videos circulating online show that the famed actor behaved weirdly the night before he died.

Somizi, who was with him the night he was hosting the African Cuisine event also revealed that the actor was greeting everyone at the groove as if his spirit knew he was about to die and that this was going to be his last time seeing those people.

In one of the videos posted by Somizi on his Instagram page, Jamie can be seen greeting, kissing, and hugging waitresses at the restaurant kitchen. Somizi claims the actor had sneaked unnoticed from where he was sitting so he could greet the waiters.

The veteran actor who was much loved for his portrayal of the role of David Genaro on the soapie Rhythm City died on Monday morning at the age of 55.

His death came as a shock to many South Africans, especially those who were with him the previous night at 012 Lifestyle Brooklyn restaurant. Witnesses from the previous night claim that he did not show any signs of sickness and was jolly the whole night.
