AKA Releases new much anticipated Bhovamania album

Supa Mega is back! After waiting so long, Megacy can finally rest knowing that AKA has finally dropped Bhovamania. The rapper has been teasing about dropping the project for a while now and it is finally here

For the longest time, AKA inundated requests from his fans, begging and pleading for him to finally release his album. After announcing his tracklist, demanding that his song, Iron Duke was added to his album, Bhovamania. Sometime in September, the rapper/producer finally gave in.

“Ok. After careless consideration … Iron Duke is gonna make it. I’m working on it right now. The cries of The Megacy cannot be ignored.”

Fans immediately lost their minds in the comments section and rejoiced at the fact that had adhered to their requests. Tshego Kgetsi replied with…

“I’m in tears right now. Thank You so much for hearing us King. It means a lot to The Megacy.”

In a tweet back in September, AKA said the project was complete and he just needed a release date

“The project is complete. Mixed. Mastered. Everything. All that I need now is our release date,”

With a tracklist of 13 songs on Bhovamania the songs are; and intro, Casino, Heavy Drank, Python, My Heart, Finesse, Holy Water, Energy, Monuments, African Man, Startin’ Now and AKA. One song in particular that grabbed the attention of the public was Mufasa, which is suspected to reference his arch-enemy, Cassper Nyovest. AKA and Cassper have been beefing for the longest time and at some point were even planning a boxing match, with contracts and everything but it is yet to materialise. Cassper even told Somizi that he would never work with AKA, but he wants to knock him out.

“Nah that is never gonna happen, when it comes to AKA I know him, he was my friend me and him could never be buddies and if I cant gel with you from that level then I can’t make music with you, I see myself getting in the ring and knocking him out.”

AKA shared visuals of himself in the studio with Sjava and Naak Music, however, he did not elaborate on whether they would be featured in his album. Seeing as though his tracklist is complete, fans questioned him on where these musicians fitted in and assumed that there would be more music to come, aside from Bhovamania.

It seems that they weren’t going to be featured, after all, they aren’t on the album, which is available for pre-orders.
