Trouble in paradise: No Valentine’s Day for Lerato Kganyago
Mzansi media personality Lerato Kganyago dropped jaws ahead of Valentine’s Day. Mzansi never ceases to be amazed by the surprises that her husband Thami Ndlala throws her on Valentine’s Day, but things will be different this year.
In the past two years, Lerato raised the bar high after Ndlala booked a stadium for their Valentine’s Day celebration. Last year, Ndlala gifted her with a Mercedes Benz and a luxury boutique hotel.
But, this year she has revealed she does not have time for Valentine’s Day as she is busy. Lerato responded to a Twitter user who said Valentine’s Day is around the corner.
The media personality responded “It should remain in that corner. Re busy ra bereka,” she replied a tweep.

A fan commented in her tweet, “I see what you’re doingyou’re checking how humongous is the pressure for this year, it’s on girl, we’re looking forward to see this year’s standard, wena you’re the queen of valentine.”
Lerato reiterated that she has no plans to go big this year and advised his fans not to expect anything from her. “I’m being very honest, please don’t expect anything over here. Carry on with your lives lol,” she tweeted.
Lerato Kganyago recently confirmed that she was no longer the owner of the luxurious 12 on Hillel Villa and Spa. The Metro FM DJ took to her Instagram stories to set the record straight that she had removed herself as a member of the hotel to focus on other business ventures.
“That orangutan MUSA knows very well that I removed myself from a member of 12 on Hillel Villa and Spa months ago because I decided to focus on my other businesses. It’s 2023 he must get over it, I know I bring him views,” she wrote.
She also debunked rumors that she had parted ways with her husband, Thami Ndlala. The story follows a report by City Press in 2022 that it was no longer glossy in the Ndlala home as Lerato had allegedly left Steyn City. According to Lerato, her marriage was intact on paper.
“I am married on paper, if you go to Home Affairs you will see that my name is Lerato Kganyago-Ndlala. I am not married by affiliation, I am married on paper, I am a wife and have never been divorced, and I am not being divorced
“I have always said that the day I say ‘husband’ it must be written on paper. I do not say it because it’s a nice thing to say. I say it because by law I am his wife,” she explained.
