Tony Forbes shares sweet memories with his Son AKA

Tony Forbes, the father of late rapper AKA shared a sweet memory of his son taking him Christmas shopping via an Instagram post on 21 March. Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, popularly known as AKA’s was shot dead outside of Wish restaurant on Florida Road, Durban on 10 February, along with his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane.

AKA’s dad Tony Forbes took to Instagram on 21 March to share a sweet memory with his late son. He shared five photos which look like they are from a few years ago revealing that it was the day AKA took him Christmas shopping.

Tony joked that he never got that R3000 perfume he wanted but he was just happy to spend time with his son. Remember when you took me Christmas shopping…although I think it was much more about you showing me that i8 lol.

To this day I never got that R3k perfume from Sandton City. I did not mind though. It was great just spending the day with you my boy,” he wrote.
