Lalela Mswane was yesterday crowned Miss SA 2020 and the world at large took to their TL to congratulate the star. However, many do not know much things about her but let’s look at a little information about the newly crowned queen.
The two runners up were Moratwe Masima and Zimi Mabunzi. Lalela will represent South Africa at the Miss Universe pageant. While the two runners-up will represent South Africa at Miss World and Miss Supranational.

- Lalela is a 24-year-old Bachelor of Law (LLB) graduate at the University of Pretoria.

Miss South Africa 2021 is from Richards Bay in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

At the Miss South Africa finale, Lalela showed that she was passionate about tackling the issue of unemployment. She does this through her #BeReady campaign which aims to empower youth development.
Her vision is to focus on developing alternatives to tertiary education so schools can focus on certain trades such as agriculture, manufacturing and others to prepare learners for these careers.

While she’s passionate about dancing, Lalela is also a good singer.
“I think I’m a good singer. My singing once made a mate of mine cry, good tears I assume – otherwise that would be rather awkward – so I felt validated in my singing ability,” she said.
