TGom’s Send-Off left her Fans Disappointed #TheQueenMzansi
TGom’s character finally came to an end on The Queen Mzansi yesterday, after her funeral episode aired. The character was played by multi-talented actress Rami Chuene, who left the production amidst some drama behind the scenes. Her departure from the show was apparently due to her weighing in, her opinions on Vatiswa Ndara’s exploitation saga, she allegedly endured with The Fergusons, who are the brains behind the show. Things apparently turned sour for Rami on set with the producers, which then allegedly led to her exit.
The storyline around the death of her character left many tweeps unimpressed. Tweeps came to the conclusion that The Fergusons, had a hidden agenda against Rami, as her departure from the show was weak.
Yesterday, viewers of the show were on the edge of their collective seats to watch TGom’s funeral episode as it aired. But, disappointment was the order of the day. Many said it did not compliment her hard work on the production, and how her character captured the hearts of many ordinary South Africans.
Gracious deserved a better send off than this..#TheQueenMzansi pic.twitter.com/XjwldBSPBX
