Simphiwe Majozi rubbishes abuse claims

Simphiwe Majozi has rubbish abuse claims leveled against him. Few days ago, the star was exposed by his ex-girlfriend who claimed he physically and emotionally assaulted her. Simphiwe dated Kekeletso Mahlelebe, a DA Councilor for 6 years, and she told the paper that it was not all rosey.

Majozi has since issued a statement where he refutes and rubbishes all the claims leveled by him. In a statement, Majozi claims that he has never laid a hand on Kekeletso Mahlelebe.

“I have learnt of the malicious claims of abuse and cheating by my eex-girlfriendKekeletso Mahlelebe on Sunday Times edition. I would like to categorically state that I respect women very much and those that have had a chance of being in close proximity with me can attest to that. I have sisters and female colleagues and friends that are female and laying a hand on Kekeletso is one of those things that has never happened ” quoted from Simphiwe Majozi’s statement

“I risked a lot to make sure that he was okay and that was draining because, at some point, I even tried to commit suicide. When that happened, he saw me taking the pills and he just said I must do it [kill myself]. The following day, he told me that I was being selfish and I was not thinking for my child,” said Kekeletso Mahlalebe

On top of the abuse allegations, Kekeletso has also raised issues of cheating in the relationship with Simphiwe. Mahlelebe recounted a time where Simphiwe Majozi has cheated on her while they were still dating, and which has contributed to her emotional abuse.

Simphiwe Majozi’s statement has refuted all the claims leveledd against him and his version of events supports that what Kekeletso Mahlalebe’s claims are malicious and false.

Simphiwe Majozi allegedly accused of assault

Simphiwe Majozi has allegedly been accused of assault. The star was exposed by his ex-girlfriend who claimed he physically and emotionally assaulted her. Simphiwe dated Kekeletso Mahlelebe, a DA Councilor for 6 years, and she told the paper that it was not all rosey.

Speaking to the publication, Kekeletso alleged that Simphiwe put her through a lot in the relationship, even adding that he was abusive towards her.

She said the actor who plays Sbu on the number 1 TV drama in the country, cheated on her numerous times and even added that his family did not treat her nicely. She described the relationship as a ‘Rollercoaster’ and that his family and friends always intervened when they were not welcome to. She claimed he was abusive and he also cheated a few times.

“Simphiwe was abusive. He cheated a couple of times, and his family was not nice to me, and he did not want to resolve anything,” she alleged.

The DA member even said he kept their relationship private and away from social media. She reckons that this was caused by the fact that he had many lovers, and that he could not explain to them who she was to him

Kekeletso even said she tried to commit suicide and he did not even try to stop her.

“I risked a lot to make sure that he was okay and that was draining because, at some point, I even tried to commit suicide. When that happened, he saw me taking the pills and he just said I must do it [kill myself]. The following day, he told me that I was being selfish and I was not thinking of my child. I remember one time he had a gig in Pietermaritzburg where he kissed a woman in front of me … another time when we were in KwaMaphumulo, he did the same thing. When I questioned him, he said he lived to give the fans what they wanted … There is also a girl who went to his house and that child is practically [a part of] his family. They were dating and she is turning 18 this year.”

Speaking on the alleged abuse, Mahlelebe said Majozi hit her once and she reached out to an NGO called Women For Change to assist. She also apparently asked the police for help.

“Simphiwe hit me once. I took him to the police station in Kwa-Mashu, and I asked the police officers to reprimand him and tell him not to do it again because I did not want them to arrest him. Simphiwe loves his job so much and he will do anything to protect it. So, after that, instead of hitting me, he was emotionally abusive and did everything else to hurt me,” she concluded. However, Simphiwe is yet to say anything regarding the abuse as many of his fans are waiting patiently.

Condolence pour in to Uzalo actor Simphiwe Majozi

ACTOR Simphiwe Majozi is claiming to be receiving messages of condolences after his character’s gogo on Uzalo died.

Simphiwe plays the character of Sbu. And according to the storyline, his Gogo recently died.

People have been so heartbroken by gogo’s death that they have even sent messages of condolences to Simphiwe and his manager.

One message read: “I would like to take this opportunity to say I am really sorry about (your) loss. May God bless and give you strength. Losing someone is painful and not easy to cope with. But I hope you will be strong and move on, my role model. May your granny’s soul rest in peace.”
Simphiwe said he appreciated the fact that his character was fooling other people into thinking it was real.

“I’m very appreciating to know that there is someone who is convinced by the portrayal of these scenes in a way that they thought this is all real,” said Simphiwe.
