Dlala Thukzin’s Amsterdam show postponed due to a Visa delay

Thuthuka Zindlovu, popularly known as Dlala Thukzin, has apologised to his followers ahead of his first international debut.

The DJ, who was set to perform at Parallel in Amsterdam, announced the delay of his visa had caused him to postpone his visit to the country, explaining he would only be able to attend his gig at Village Underground in London.

“I went through the application for my UK and EU visas, but only my UK visa came back in time approved, so I am not able to make it to Amsterdam. I’m sorry to all my fans and the organisers, I have been looking forward to this show for a long time.

“If you are in Amsterdam and have a ticket, the line-up is very dope, so go enjoy the show. Thankfully, the club Parallel, the descendants team and I are working on securing a new date this year,” he wrote.

In June 2022, the DJ shared a statement alleging promoters had to pay him double to make sure he appeared at the gigs they booked him for and warned his supporters and promoters to refrain from sending his former manager money.

“After a series of reports for people trying to get hold of me through him [Ayanda ‘Benzito’ Mthembu] for my services, there are instances where my clients have been depositing money into his bank account without my knowledge.”

Renowned music producer Dlala Thukzin, has come out guns blazing to set the record straight, following accusations of “excessive sexual conduct with multiple women.”

Controversial Twitter blogger Musa Khawula recently set tongues wagging after he shared a video in which an unidentified woman is in an Instagram live with a man and she claims Dlala Thukzin is a “womanizer.” Musa then uploaded a series of photos of women he claims were his “girls”.

Following the viral Instagram live and pictures, the DJ had been inundated with questions surrounding his sexual conduct, but he has finally broken his silence. He has released a statement via his social media accounts and he shot down claims that he is an alleged womanizer.

“I have been made aware of the recent accusations made against me on Instagram pertaining excessive sexual conduct with multiple women. Evidence shows various girls taking pictures in my apartment, and some with my clothing gear. I do not dispute that, because some of those pictures are indeed real, but most of them are fabricated,” reads part of the statement.

He claims some of the pictures were taken two years ago, and now he has grown to make wise decisions about social behavior. “I would like to firstly affirm that some of those pictures were taken over two years ago and I have grown to make wiser social conduct decisions. Secondly, I have never taken advantage of any woman, whatever happened between myself and them, was a consensual act between two adults. This also leads me to express that I would never take advantage of any woman sexually or in any other manner,” he continued.

In closing, he said respects his brand and his fans, hence, he would never do anything that would question his motives. Further, he apologized to anyone he may have offended, or made uncomfortable by the expose..

Dlala Thukzin is no stranger to controversy; he made headlines last year after he was accused of assault. This follows after a woman named Vuyisile Zwane took to social media to detail how she was allegedly assaulted by the DJ and others while she was sleeping until she was almost unconscious. The DJ allegedly broke into her room with his friends to look for drugs and then insulted her.

“It breaks my heart that I have to go through such a traumatic experience in the hands and presence of people I spoke highly of. On Monday o4 October, I was physically assaulted by Dlala Thukzin. He went to the extent of of breaking down the door together with his friends/entourage all in the name of getting drugs, that apparently happened to be in the room I was sleeping in,” she wrote.

Thukzin released a statement apologizing for his conduct. He said Zama has supported him since day one. “I’d like to profoundly apologize to usis wam Zam Nhleko for the events that transpired on Sunday while partying. There was a huge misunderstanding and I failed to reason and act as I should. I have personally went to see Zama to make sure she’s okay and also to apologize for my personal capacity,” reads the statement.

“I regret myself and I promise to those who were left disappointed by this that I will do better from today till forever. I’m sorry.”
