Sweetest messages pour in for Musa Mseleku’s wife number 4, MaNgwabe
Uthando Nesthembu reality star Mbali MaNgwabe Mseleku has reached a milestone. On Thursday, 2 September, she graduated at Thembelani Nursing College.
In the previous episodes of Uthando Nesthembu, she made it clear to her husband, Musa Mseleku, that she was committed to her studies.
At that time, Musa was having none of it. He even threatened to stop her from studying if she didn’t give him attention.
“The graduation was a confirmation of my sweat and hard work. It took me two years to complete this diploma and I’m proud of myself. The last two years were extremely difficult for me. I was constantly under pressure, trying to juggle between my studies and five other tasks.
For example, I had to take care of my husband, the kids, the family, my businesses, my in-laws, and my studies. I had to multitask and use my time wisely. Fortunately, I had great support from home and colleagues, which made a huge difference,” said Mbali.
She said the diploma would assist her in her nursing profession.
“I’m passionate about primary healthcare, which means my focus is mainly on communities. My day-to-day work is done at a clinic level. What I like about primary healthcare is that I’m the first point of contact. This is where I get to interact and assist our patients before they are even referred,” she said.
After completing her diploma, she completed another nursing certificate.
“This nursing diploma is my second qualification. I have several nursing certificates including the one that I recently received. I believe that knowledge is never enough, as a result I’m not done studying. I’m studying so I can be the best in what I do,” she said.
She said she had no ambitions to become a doctor.
“My long-term goal is to manage a health institution and impart my knowledge and skills to the younger colleagues. In the same breath, I want to encourage other women to wake up and study.
With dedication and discipline, nothing is impossible,” she said.
