‘She looks like him’ – DJ Lamiez Holworthy Gets Dragged Into Vusi Nova’s Transformation

Lamiez Holworthy got dragged into Vusi Nova’s transformation and name change. Trolls are saying Vusi Nova now looks like Lamiez with his rebranding because of the similarities in hairstyles.

When Vusi introduced his new look, a troll immediately saw Lamiez in him – or is it Usher? Sis caught wind of the trolling and got reminded of why she hates Twitter so much.

Now, why is she being compared to Vusi Nova? Well Vusi has rebranded himself just to fit into the amapiano scene. He will be releasing a song named Shuku Shuku.

Lamiez constantly gets trolled on Twitter and Facebook but sis always puts on a brave face. She is all about body positivity and she said she represents what every other woman is about. “I have been on LiveAMP for so long because I am different, because I am the change that the world so desperately needed, that SA desperately needed. Little girls need to see a woman who look like them, other women need to see women that are real, women with stretch marks, women with cellulite, women with big thighs and they needed to know that it was OK.”

Lamiez also recently strut the runway for Maxhosa as their showstopper and she said that moment for her was life changing, “I gained quite a bit of weight after my husband and I experienced something really traumatic just a few months ago.

“Not only did I have to deal with our loss but I had to deal with the constant body shaming I am subjected to daily-simply because I refuse to hide behind filters and sell people dreams,” she mentioned.

“I’ve always stood my ground, always tried to be a beacon of hope for all those who draw inspiration from me BUT I am human before it all. These things get pretty draining.”

Look at how beautiful she looked.

“I have women of all shapes and sizes who follow me for this very reason! I have little girls who look up to me because of how comfortable I am in my own skin! Daily I am subjected to the constant body shaming and bullying and told to be the bigger person. Well today Le nyile ge!”

Lamiez is not interested in buying long weaves just to fit in so she cut her hair to take her power back, “I used to be a weave girl, I used to spend thousands on really long weaves because I thought that made me more like the girl in the magazine would look, so cutting my hair was me taking back my power,” she said.
