Shauwn Mkhize buys a football club for her son

South African media personality and businesswoman, Shauwn Mkhize, is hard at work ensuring that her lineage is set for the rest of their lives, and has begun by tasking Andile with the job of a lifetime.

On Tuesday, 27 October 2020, in an official event held in Table Mountain in Pietermaritzburg at the Royal Ranch, headquarters of Royal AM, it was announced that Shauwn had bought the KwaZulu-Natal soccer club, Real Kings, for her son Andile Mpisane and has renamed it Royal AM FC.

Whilst Shauwn remains the official owner, Andile has been appointed the chairman of the club, whilst simultaneously appearing as a player, and the CEO will be former Highlands Park Co-director Sinky Mnisi. The news has sent waves throughout South Africa as accusations of nepotism is at the forefront of the smear campaigns.

Comments of Andile being incapable of taking on such a mammoth task as been circulating on social media, as many believe that such positions should be Last season Kwa ’mam’Mkhize, Shauwn was seen as the person financing Kings after leaving Royal Eagles, which is owned by her ex-husband Sbu Mpisane. The business interactions between the club and the reality star was detailed on the show, however, the news of her recent purchase has come as a shock to her fans as well as football fans alike.

The 19-year-old Andile, a former midfielder, is set to become the youngest club owner in PSL football history. In 2018 he was registered as a Royal Eagles player and made only one appearance.given to people of merit, and not the 19-year-old aspiring Kwaito star. Prince Kutlwano stated, “So Andile Mpisane was given the Chairman position because his Mother owns the team?? Am not hating but I feel like there’s no reason for us to be celebrating this Royal AM FC thing.

Earlier on Tuesday, 27 October 2020, prior to the announcement, the proud mother shared a post on Instagram which couldn’t contain her excitement. She stated, “Good morning catch @andilempisane10 on Chanel 404 in few minutes as he does his announcement, today I am proud watching my son maturing into a man, he has been the greatest gift GOD has even given me.I love you My Prince” Thought of the day,…….
