Kelly Khumalo recently wowed her fans by posting video of her five-year-old daughter singing. Kelly’s daughter, Thingo, is the cutest little girl with the sweetest voice.

Kelly captioned the video, My little songbird and promoted her upcoming gospel extravaganza along with it.

Fans were amazed at how awesome Thingo sounded and believe she could also be a professional singer like her mom.

Some reports allege that Meyiwa, the late Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana player was “accidentally” shot when he tried to intervene in a quarrel between Kelly’s sister Zandi and her boyfriend Longwe Twala. This happened at the singer’s mum’s home in Vosloorus, Ekurhuleni on 26 October 2014.

The footie was gunned down in the presence of Kelly, her mum, Zandi, Longwe, Meyiwa’s friends Mthokozisi Thwala, Tumelo Madlala and Kelly’s four-year-old son Christian. In a book authored by Soweto Mandlakazi released by IStru Publishers, Mandisa Meyiwa, the late footballer’s wife spills the beans about being married to the Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana goalkeeper.

And in one of the sections of the book, Mandisa admits to being aware of how much singer Kelly Khumalo loved her hubby. Reads one of the extracts: I know we have both lost someone we loved deeply but I believe everything happens for a reason. It is okay Kelly, it is going to be okay . He chose me first, put me first and made sure I was happy regardless of the little he had .

I have learnt that, as a woman, you can do everything for a man. You can change a season and bring winter in summer, but when he wants to leave you, even if you buy him something more expensive than the Hummer Kelly drove, he will find a reason to leave. .

Mandisa also admits to contributing to the failure of her marriage.I do not blame her. I am not perfect by a long shot. I admit to my own flaws that aggravated my relationship with Senzo . We could have handled things better but I understand that everyone is bitter. When we started with Senzo, we had nothing, and yet when he had everything he wanted Kelly . . . Where I am right now I am happy, peaceful and content after everything I’ve been through .

Meanwhile, several organisations promised to take care of Meyiwa’s daughter, these include the South African National Civics Organisation and Red Farms have come forward to help Senzo Meyiwa’s daughter. At some point, Sanco contributed R1 500 to pay for Namhla’s stationery.

This comes after former Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Brilliant Khuzwayo promised to take care of Namhla. Sanco and Red Farms once contacted Daily Sun and promised to take care of Namhla’s needs for the next 10 years, in appreciation of what Brilliant did. We have decided to take Namhla into our school uniform programme. She will receive a uniform, shoes and learning materials along with pupils from 35 schools.

Oupa Radebe of Red Farm said the organisation would be sending food vouchers to Namhla for the next 10 years. This is Well wishers team up to send Senzo Meyiwa’s daughter to school” he said then. Red Ants Security Johan Bosch said his company would also help. “We had a meeting and decided to adopt Senzo Meyiwa’s daughter. We will be depositing R2 500 on a monthly basis,” he said at that time.
