Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife back in court

Self-proclaimed Prophet, Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary, are expected to find out if they will be released on bail. Bushiri handed himself over to the police on Tuesday, while his wife, Mary, was arrested.

They are facing charges of fraud, theft, and money laundering to the value of over R100-million.

The State which is opposing bail says it needs more time to investigate but, the Bushiris contend they can not be held while investigations continue.
