Police arrest advocate Malesela Teffo in Senzo Meyiwa’s trial
Police arrest the advocate in Senzo Meyiwa’s trial. Advocate Malesela Teffo represents four of the five accused in the trial.
The judge has adjourned the trial to 3o May 2022. Advocate Malesela Teffo was taken into custody in the Pretoria High Court with the proceedings now adjourned.
The five men accused of Meyiwa’s 2014 murder have been back in court for trial proceedings. They are accused of storming into singer Kelly Khumalo’s home demanding money and cellphones and shooting the Bafana Bafana captain after a scuffle ensued.
