Social media users couldn’t help but share how she looked transformed and revived.
The former Genarations and Lockdown actress has publicly spoken about her battle with sugar diabetes.
he actress recently shared how it had been extremely difficult for her living with diabetes during the Covid-19 pandemic. Her diabetes diagnosis means she is at high risk during the Covid-19 pandemic and she is not taking any chances.
“Some families have lost their loved ones. I’m living with diabetes and most vulnerable to this pandemic. I’m still here. Still grateful. Let’s be responsible”
The 48-year old Sophie Lichaba has rebuilt herself and bounced back, and is once more gracing our screens. This time as the alluring Shanice Moore on the show SABC1 13-part drama series, Family Secrets which airs on Sunday at 7.30pm.
She is also working behind the camera as an associate producer.
“The SABC has been my home for more than 21 years and I am glad to be back at the station that shaped my acting career. It has always been my dream to work behind the scenes and it happened at the right time.” said an excited Ndaba
