Actor Lizwe Khumbuza and influencer, Luyanda Duma get married

South African actor Lizwe Khumbuza and influencer Luyanda Duma have tied the knot.

Sizwe sent his uncles to Luyanda’s home on Sunday, 9 April and the couple is officially husband and wife.

Luyanda shared snaps and videos of their big day on social media and thanked Lizwe for keeping his promise.

Lizwe is popularly known for starring in adverts and recently on SABC1’s Christian show, Amazing Grace alongside Jerry Mofokeng, Dieketseng Mnisi, Zethu Dlomo, and Talitha Ndima. His twin, Sizwe, who’s popularly known as Godfather on Uzalo also starred in Amazing Grace.

When sharing the news about their union, Luyanda first posted a video and captioned it: “Woke up to uncles at the gate.”

She then posted photos after the negotiations were done.

“Not a single unkept promise. Thank you for being a man of your word sthandwa sami,” Luyanda wrote.

The couple has been getting messages of love and congratulations from industry mates such as Sithelo Shozi, Mpoomy Ledwaba, Pamela Mtanga, Abdul Khoza, and Mbalenhle Mavimbela.

Sithelo wrote: “Congratulations, mama.”

Bonnie Rakhale commented: “You are going to be a lovely Makoti. Happy for you Lu.”

The couple also welcomed their first child in February 2023.

Luyanda, who also manages Lizwe, declined to comment or have an interview about their marriage.
