Vuma FM presenter Jacinta Ngobese was praised for organizing a successful wedding for her listeners in 2023, called a provincial wedding.

Now, she’s officially off the market, and her wedding has been dubbed the wedding of the year.

Her wedding, which took place this past Saturday, has been dubbed the event of the year due to the presence of numerous celebrities, including Ukhozi FM and Gagasi FM presenters, actors, and politicians like former KZN premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube.

It was also attended by former president Jacob Zuma’s wife, Thobeka Madiba Zuma.

Jacinta, who presents Cruise with Jacinta Ngobese from 9am to noon on weekdays, married her lover Xolani Zuma on Saturday, 10 August.

Their wedding started at Jacinta’s home in KwaMashu E section and ended at Princess Magogo Stadium, also in KwaMashu, north of Durban.

Ukhozi FM legendary presenter Dudu Khoza, former Ukhozi FM presenter Linda Sibiya, Ukhozi FM presenter Selby Mkhize, DJ Cndo, Gagasi FM head of audience Alex Mthiyane, Umkhokha: The Curse actor Naymaps Maphalala, Uthando Nes’thembu star Thobile MaKhumalo Mseleku, and many more attended the wedding.

Many of those who attended the wedding were calling it the wedding of the year.

The publication contacted Jacinta for comment, and she said she was too busy.

A WhatsApp message was sent, and she promised to respond with a voicenote.

One of her friends, who attended the wedding but requested not to be named, told the publication that it was the wedding of the year.

They assessed it based on the wedding level, venue, guests, and the quality of the food and drinks.

“It was the biggest wedding, and it was our first time to see former KZN premier Nomusa Dube Ncube in public since she was booted as the provincial premier.

“The wedding was well-arranged. No one complained about not eating or drinking something, and we understood that it was because Jacinta is a good organizer, as she organized the wedding for her listeners in 2023.”
