The first few minutes of episode one of the new season of Kelly Khumalo’s reality show, “Life With Kelly Khumalo”, offers an apt glimpse into the controversial Afropop artist’s current mindset.

Responding to Radio 702 host Relebogile Mabotja’s question about how she’s coping with all the external noise and scrutiny around her alleged involvement in a cover-up of the murder of Senzo Meyiwa, Khumalo replied sharply. “I’m not coping. I’m living.

And secondly, the noise is external. It has absolutely nothing to do with me. When I’m needed, and when the time is right, the world will hear my voice. So whatever noise they’re making has absolutely nothing to do with me.”

Khumalo went on to add how this isn’t the only case that has been a failure in the South African justice system, but just because she’s involved, it’s being magnified and made to seem like something peculiar.
When she’s challenged or confronted with adversity, Khumalo never seems to waver. She has a sense of confidence and conviction about her that most of us can only dream of.

On Monday, a day before the first episode’s release on Showmax, Khumalo joined reporter Slindelo Masikane for an exclusive interview on eNCA.

Her comments during the interview have since been widely circulating on social media, with one particular eyebrow-raising comment in which Khumalo appeared to discredit Meyiwa’s status at the time of his death, sparking debate. “First of all, I was Kelly Khumalo before Senzo Meyiwa,” she said in a viral clip.
I did not know who Senzo Meyiwa was until a friend of mine explained to me who he was. Nobody knew who Senzo Meyiwa was until he was attached to the brand Kelly Khumalo.”

It’s an extraordinary statement, given the circumstances. While there are some that agree, many on Twitter are not buying it.

Is Kelly Khumalo in need of a reality check?

“When Senzo was alive, we were still confusing Kelly Khumalo with Khanyi Mbau,” one user commented. “What does she mean she was bigger than thee Senzo Meyiwa? The nerve.”
Even if that was the case, it’s a rather distasteful and tone-deaf statement to make at this time.

In her quest to vindicate herself, this line of combative discourse seems to be her modus operandi from here on out. Towards the end of the fascinating episode of her reality show, Khumalo went so far as to launch an attack on Meyiwa’s family.

Actor SK Khoza fumes over s.e.x tape

It seems trouble follows his name… Whenever he is trending its usually for the wrong reasons. It’s not the first time he’s gone viral. First, a video of him with n@ked women in a jacuzzi at what looked like a house party trended on social media.

Not long after that he was reported to have had his contract terminated from Mzansi Magic telenovela The Queen.

Not long after, actor Sithembiso ‘SKS’ Khoza was then recorded losing his temper while on a weekend getaway at Zebula Lodge in Limpopo, barefoot and threatening to beat up one of the lodge staff members.

He was recently accused by his ex-fiancée Ayanda Hlongwane of abuse and she took to her Instagram to say she could not hold back any longer.

Now, in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, a video of SK in a compromising position resurfaced.

The video shows SK giving oral s.e.x to a woman whose face is not identified and it has since gone viral and left many people talking.

But the actor does not seem too bothered and has since taken to social media to ask for privacy. In a post on Instagram, SK wrote, “Why can’t I just be left alone in peace?”

This followed with a new link to his Only fans page – an internet content subscription service that allows creators to make money and many have used it to sell adult-rated content.

Following the p0rn0graphic video of SK, fans have blamed the mother of his child and sangoma Lee-Ann Makopo (35) also known as Dr. Maweni or Gogo Maweni, for him regularly making controversial headlines.

Gogo Maweni distanced herself from the controversy and said she is not responsible for his demise.

“You guys give me too much credit. Why would I want to harm the father of my child?” This guy hasn’t paid maintenance since last year, but I will always protect him. I can’t be going through the same thing over and over, I said I am done a long time ago,” .

“I can’t call him and remind him of his responsibilities. I feel like my son is being ridiculed. When he is drunk, he calls and thanks me for giving him a beautiful and intelligent child. But I don’t need to call him to speak about anything, I am a married woman now. The last time he called was to say he was on the show Kings of Joburg, and he would send money. I have no grudge against him because I make my own money, my husband and family support me,” she says.

Sthembiso (SK) Khoza is a talented actor who is perhaps best known for his former role as Shaka on The Queen.

The actor who has been facing several consecutive woes for some time now is one of Gogo Maweni’s baby daddies.

It is unclear when the two met or for how long they dated before parting ways, but SK Khoza and Gogo Maweni’s relationship resulted in the birth of a son- the second of Gogo Maweni’s.

Gogo Maweni made headlines a couple of years ago when she dragged SK Khoza to court for reportedly failing to pay child support.

Siyabonga Zulu

Siyabonga Zulu is a professional football player who has played the defense position for several top football clubs in the country including Mamelodi Sundowns FC, Orlando Pirates FC and All Stars FC.

In 2019, Siyabonga who is one of Gogo Maweni’s baby daddies started making headlines for all the wrong reasons and while intimate details about his private life came to light and wreaked havoc on his public image, his career also suffered a big blow. His woes began when he failed to pay child support for his child with Gogo Maweni.

Gogo Maweni and Siyabonga reportedly first crossed paths on Instagram. They hit it off online and decided to meet in person. Although the two were an unlikely couple, their romance took off and they began dating.

Things started going downhill for the happily in-love couple when Gogo Maweni discovered that she was pregnant. According to the sangoma, she learned that her former beau was involved with several other women and even unbeknown to her, he had other children with other women. The two broke up before their child was born and although they tried to give a shot at co-parenting, things didn’t work out.

After reportedly trying, without success, to get Siyabonga to pay child support for his child, Gogo Maweni appeared on the reality show No Excuses, Pay Papgeld in 2019 where she blasted the football star for neglecting his child and failing to pay for his child maintenance.

As if the ensuing baby daddy drama was not enough for him, Zulu who had fallen into alcoholic habits and missed several practice sessions was shown the door from his Mamelodi Sundowns after missing his disciplinary hearing for his absenteeism.

Did Gogo Maweni really bewitch her baby daddies?
Recently, videos of SK Khoza who appeared mentally disturbed went viral on social media, the troubled actor has also been dealing with accusations of physical abuse against his former fiance as well as losing his job as a cast member on The Queen.

And while some think his problems are directly related to alcohol abuse, a few seem to think that Gogo Maweni has a hand in the actor’s problems as well as her footballer baby daddy whose days on the pitch don’t seem so shiny these days.
