Angry Kelly Khumalo responds to fans asking her to forgive Jub Jub! Whilst Kelly Khumalo has acknowledged that her son Christian is the spitting image of his father Molemo Maaronyane aka Jub Jub, she takes great offense to commentary that he will be anything like him.

Kelly surprised her Instagram followers after she clapped back hard at a fan who likened the 12-year-old to his muso dad. She also shaded her ex after more followers asked her to forgive him for his past sins.

The singer is fiercely protective over her brood, which includes daughter Thingo, whose dad is the late Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa.

Over the weekend, Kelly Khumalo posted a picture of her son on her Instagram feed.
She captioned the pic of the boy eating candyfloss: “So blessed to be his mom, what an extraordinary little man who’s almost taller than his mom”

Kelly Khumalo’s comments section was filled with fans praising her for being a strong, single mom.

However, some reminded Kelly that Christian had a dad too, something she didn’t take to kindly about.

When one fan wrote: “It takes a man & a woman to make a child”, Kelly clapped back: “It took ME to raise him so take your analogy and shove it up your a**!”. She also took offence to one follow who commented: “Like father, like son”. But Kelly wasn’t hearing it. ”Don’t you dare!,” she told the fan.

When other followers asked Kelly Khumalo to forgive Jub Jub and allow him to become part of his son’s life, she responded: “For now, he’s just a sperm donor! Please respect my son!”. She also claimed that Jub Jub had “no sense of responsibility”.

She added: “He did 13 years ago, however, a humans body renews every seven-years so there no trace of that misfortune in my system but the blessing that is my son. No sense of responsibility makes you a useless object”

Kelly Khumalo’s comments come days after Jub Jub claimed he was “not a saint” in his own Instagram post.

How much Mac G makes from YouTube

It’s no secret that Mac G has the biggest YouTube channel in Mzansi in the entertainment space. The broadcaster turned podcaster gets hundreds of thousands of views, if not millions on his channel weekly.

This has a lot of people questioning how much money he is making from YouTube and if someone can actually make money from YouTube.

Social Blade is an American website tracking social media statistics and analytics. Social blade most notably tracks YouTube among other social media platforms.

According to Social Blade, Mac G makes about 1.3 to 21k dollars per month which amounts to roughly R322k per month on YouTube from Ad Sense, excluding sponsorships and partnerships.

His yearly earnings are about 16k to 257k per month. About R3.8 million per year from YouTube. The social blade which is not always accurate.

Mac G’s about to his 700k subscribers soon and possibly a million before the end of the year.

He also has a patreon and a chiller Market which he could be making a significant amount of money from. He also DJs on weekends and is usually fully booked.

Mac G’s earnings was something that was discussed in detail on Nkululeko on Cultr who also owns iDiski TV.

“iDiski TV makes from World Sports Betting and from YouTube money we easily make R400k to R500k per month because the deal alone with sports betting is R300k.

“When I’m breaking it down with the level of digital only we make maybe get around 40k on YouTube content alone. If we get over a million views a month.”

He says Mac G could easily make that money in a week,

He Explains: “So let’s say for argument sake he makes 60k per week so that’s 250k in a month right? Only on YouTube viewers. So, in a year that’s around maybe 3.5 million.”

One thing that’s important to keep in mind is that Mac G employs over 30k young people so most his YouTube earnings are used to create employment.

Actress Busi Lurayi has died

Mzansi top actress and singer Busi Lurayi has passed away. The SAFTA-winning actress was known for her role as Phumzile on the popular SABC sitcom ‘City Ses’la and later on ‘Ses’Top La’. She was recently on the cast of the Netflix original ‘How to Ruin Christmas’.

Her family confirmed the news in a media statement, stating that the actress passed away on Sunday the 10th of July 2022 at her home.

The statement further states that “The reason for her death is still unknown as we await the results of the autopsy report”

The family stated that they will be providing further information as soon as it has been made available.
Last year, she told the publication that she was over the moon when it got the green light for a second season of How to Ruin Christmas, just weeks after its premiere.

“It was an affirmation that we did it.

Actress Busi Lurayi has died

She further said: “We came in, we were authentic and true to ourselves and if they want a second season, it was purely because we have done well. But above all, I was excited to find out what is the continuation and what story are we going to tell further,” she said.

The actress said people are going to love her character Tumi in this new season, and she’s going to reflect who they are.

“Her character is beautifully written. She’s authentic and very relatable, hence I am saying a lot of people are going to see themselves in her, one way or another. She will also make people realise the idea of a black sheep of the family is not a real thing, it is there because we fail to dig deep to understand people,” she said during a previous interview.

Busi, who plays the lead character of the series produced by Burnt Onion Productions, said her favourite moments on set are when she has to let go of the script and be on the floor and bring her character to life.

Although her career in the acting industry spans decades and she’s been part of shows such as Generations, Busi said she believes she’s still on a journey to the top.

“I wouldn’t say I have found my success, but I attribute what I have achieved so far to myself to putting an extra effort in my work.

“What people don’t understand about this industry is it is possibly one of the hardest and I always equate it to a surgeon, you always have to work,” said the actress.
