New makoti Faith Nketsi in big trouble

In the past month, Faith Nketsi has been in the news several times and it has mostly been about positive things but it seems like this time is different.

The media personality got married in a lavish traditional ceremony three weeks ago and since getting married, the beauty has been enjoying life as a newlywed.

Shortly after getting married, there have been countless rumours claiming that the starlet is expecting her first child with her husband, taking to her Instagram stories, Faith denied the rumours once and for all and said that she had just gained a bit of weight.

In her denial, she said, “Can you guys please stop it with the pregnancy rumours, I am not pregnant, I am not planning to become pregnant anytime soon, I have gained a little bit of weight….. but geez, it’s not that bad.”

According to a local publication, Faith Nketsi allegedly posted one of their journalist’s personal numbers after she allegedly posted a screenshot of the message she received from the journalist.

The publication alleges that Faith posted the journalist’s personal information on her Instagram stories and that the personal information being leaked resulted in their journalist being allegedly harassed.

In South Africa, leaking someone’s personal information is against the law and it goes against the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

This is not the first time Faith has found herself in hot water. A couple of years ago, Faith Nketsi and Tebogo Thobejane were accused of allegedly running a s.e.x ring by people after a popular Twitter page posted screenshots of an anonymous person’s story. A claim which both ladies have vehemently denied.

In an interview on Trending SA, Faith rubbished the rumours, “, “that was one of the toughest weeks for me when that tweet came out, first of all, I lost a lot of work, and to just clear it, guys, it is not true. There is no such thing, what this person said and what he said I do…is deeper than me trending…girls were DM’ing me saying that they want to be a part of this, he made me realize that there’s a deeper problem here, girls were saying I can do that, sending me naked pictures of themselves, saying I can do that I don’t mind…”

Faith is not the only star who has been accused of doxxing Journalists, in 2021, Somizi Mhlongo was allegedly in hot water after he reportedly shared a journalist’s personal number on his Instagram.

Taking to his Instagram at the time, Somizi allegedly wrote in a now-deleted post, “So @city_press has become a tabloid… ok… two can play the game… to stand a chance to win I don’t know what, dial the number and let Julia know what it feels like to have yo privacy invaded unprovoked.”
