Metro FM presenter, Lerato Kganyago responds to trolls about lack of engagement on Twitter
Lerato Kganyago responded to a Twitter user who attempted to ridicule her for the supposed lack of engagement she receives on her tweets, despite having over 1.2 million followers. Lerato Kganyago took to Twitter on Thursday, 17 September 2020, and responded to a user who attempted to ridicule her for the supposed lack of engagement she receives on her posts.
The Metro FM presenter got embroiled in the conversation after one user brought up her name in an unrelated tweet. The initial tweet addressed the matter of American Twitter users who could have 50 followers but reach thousands in the engagements of a single tweet. One user-supported the sentiment, claiming that South African Twitter usually works in the adverse, and used Lerato as an example.
The Twitter user highlighted how the star has over 1 million followers, but supposedly only gets 50 likes. Lerato, who is believed to currently be on a road trip with her husband, replied by suggesting that the platform is not her source of income, therefore, she is unbothered.
