After going through the following beautiful snaps of the actress and her mother, you will agree with the saying, ‘like mother like daughter‘.

The Queen actress, Jessica Nkosi, and her mom, Nhlanhlayethu Ntuli are mother and daughter goals.

Mama Nkosi is full of character like her daughter and clearly raised her well.

Jessica Nkosi, who currently stars on Mzansi Magic’s The Queen as Thando Sebata, once called her mother her rock.

“My beautiful beautiful mom. This woman is my ROCK!! May God forever bless her for me. She deserves the world… And I work hard to give her that every day”

Nhlanhlayethu Ntuli is stylish like her daughter and has managed to age gracefully, you would think she and Jessica Nkosi are sisters.

The mom and daughter duo is always up to something and they even do the whole matching outfits thing.

Apparently, goodbyes at the Nkosi household are preceded by an impromptu dance fest.

Jessica once took to social media sharing a video of herself and her mom dancing, whilst rocking matching outfits and captioned it

“How my mom and I say goodbye everytime we together…,”

Sadly, Jessica’s mom is her only remaining parent, as her dad, Jabu Nkosi, died from Hodgkin’s Lymphoma when she was in Grade 11, although at the time, her parents had already separated.

Jessica Nkosi, herself is a mother to her 2-year-old daughter Namisa “Nami” Dlamini.

The actress once opened up to People magazine about motherhood and the challenges she faces, saying

“The biggest challenge as a young working mom is wanting to be with and around my daughter every chance I can get. I’ve learnt to work with the guilt I sometimes feel with being away from home so often. But then I remember that I am working for both of us, and I make sure that weekends are for her and me.”

She also credited her good family support system in raising Nami and how that helped to take the edge off, knowing her daughter is in good hands.
