Lady Du’s warning about living a fake soft life

South African vocalist, Lady Du is living it up in Manchester, United Kingdom, bringing Amapiano to the world. She has been on an international tour and recently performed at the Mzansi Festival.

The star has always kept it real with her followers, advising them against being fake and living a fake life, just to impress other people.

In an Instagram Live session this week, Lady Du told her followers to stay away from living a fake soft life, saying it will be hard to maintain it.

“Don’t wait for your friend to ask for money if you see they need it. Sometimes just send your friend some money. Do not fall in love with living a fake life, because you have to sustain the lie,” she said in the live.

An artist who is said to be new to the soft life is Makhadzi, who was being trolled by Inno Morolong. The two have been in a heated back and forth after Makhadi failed to appear for a gig she was booked by Inno Morolong. The Dundee July happened but Makhadzi was a no-show so Inno requested their booking fee back.

But Makhadzi went live to address the situation and throw some major shade at Inno Morolong. She trolled her for having liposuction and using her body to attract men for money.

The insults then started flowing in with Inno taking more jabs at Makhadzi.

Makhadzi said just because she does not post it, does not mean she is not living soft.

“I just saw some hater blog wrote; MAKHADZI ENJOYING HER FIRST BUSINESS CLASS. BATHONG PLEASE STOP ALWAYS DISRESPECTING ME. For the fact that I don’t post everything like others who fake it until they make it doesn’t mean I don’t live a soft life. My life is a movie,” she wrote.

“I have almost everything I prayed for. I just don’t believe in posting everything like your expensive box on stories I am not that person bathong. Not saying it’s not a good thing to post, we can’t just be the same,” she ended off.

She also went on Facebook Live to ask Inno to not dim her light, “You know what my friend, when I see the comments, as a human being and social media person, I have to correct something wrong said about my name,” said Makhadzi.

“My life is a movie because of people’s support, they buy my music, those promoters who book me every weekend. And for those who book me and I don’t pitch, obviously, I do not plan on not coming it means something happened and we refund them.”

“Stop dimming my light, I still want to shine I am working hard,” she added.
