Kelly Khumalo fumes; vows to break her silence as fresh details around Senzo Meyiwa’s murder emerge

These are singer Kelly Khumalo‘s sentiments after hearing she’s been implicated in the death of Senzo Meyiwa.

The defence says a witness will testify the singer pulled the trigger and killed the Bafana captain.

Khumalo’s lawyer Magdalene Moonsamy describes the singer’s reaction after hearing the allegations.

“At first I didn’t want to call her as she was upset. When we spoke her reaction was I am a mother. My child was three months. How dare he.

“What do they want from me. It started with claims of intimidation. She then said we are going to now break the silence.

“She’s confident. Kelly is a person of high spirits you don’t get to that level without character development and building.”
