Its OVER! Gomora replaces Zolisa Xaluva (Melusi) with this actor

Well, it seems fans will have to accept that their favourite is gone!

Seasoned actors Aubrey Mmakola and Fezile Makhanya have replaced fan-favourite Gomora characters Melusi and Phumlani who just exited the show.

Aubrey Mmakola who is popular for his role as PI Ramasha in Skeem Saam joined Gomora as Sibongile’s sugar daddy Mr Leballo, while Fezile’s character is still unclear at this stage.

Fan-favourite actor Zolisa Xaluva who played the role of Melusi for 2 seasons made headlines this past week when it was revealed that he was fired after butting heads with producers.

Viewers of the telenovela took to social media to express their unhappiness with his exit and demanded producers to rehire him.

What you should know about Mr Leballo…

Mr Leballo is a businessman who is investing in Gomora Highschool’s spelling bee competition. He’s investing in the competition as a way to lure young girls into sleeping with him.

He’s got his eyes on Sibongile who’s always been interested in the good life as she’s lived this life before her mother died.

Sibongile’s step-mother Zodwa will spot her kissing Mr Leballo in May and expose Mr Leballo at Gomora Highschool.

What to expect in season 3…

The show also revealed that the mysterious character of ‘Mr M’ is being played by popular actor Tiisetso Thoka.

‘Mr M’ is the anonymous character that has been torturing MamSonto towards the end of season 2. He torched her taxi and has also been sending her threatening texts.

He is going to torture MamSonto’s family through the month of May and will reveal why he’s hellbent on making her life miserable.

Thati will be on a shooting spree in season 3 and will get a group of girls to work under her.

She will also destroy everyone who stands in her way as she has lost her soulmate Melusi who saved her life from her abusive husband Phumlani.
