We’ve always known Kefilwe Mabote to be South Africa’s content Queen, but this time around she took things to a whole different level. During the week, Mabote debuted her new hairstyle. This has been followed by snaps that enhance her new look.

Even Cassper Nyovest could not help but gush about the star. She has also done a photoshoot in Lepard themed swimwear from Dolce & Gabanna.

In July, following a break from all social media platforms, Kefilwe shared an old ID copy of her late mother and hers and opened up her grief following her mother’s untimely passing.

“Days aren’t the same. They do say grief is an ongoing process. I just never thought it would hit like this month after my mother’s passing.” She posted.“I miss her so much these days. I found these old IDs of her and mine in an old bag of hers she used to put our certificates, ID Copies and old photos. She was a very organized woman.”

She apologized to her audience for her silence but explained that was just putting on a front while suffering inside.

“Apologies for being quiet, but I need time out from social media for a bit. I acted strong whilst I was dying inside from the sadness of how much I miss her.”

At the time, she revealed that a lot was happening in her life and she needed time to deal with her personal affairs.

“There’s a lot happening in my life, which need my devout attention. Our memories keep me going. Always love you, mom.”

Kefilwe lost her mother on the 30th of December 2020. “RIP Mom… What a very sad day for me. Matlhodi Dorothy Mabote 30/12/2020. I’m so shattered I never saw this coming,” she announced her passing.

Another famous personality who lost their mom recently is Coming to America actress Nomzamo Mbatha.

“I don’t want to hear ‘it is the will of God…’ because my question then is how dare that will not consider me. I also don’t want to hear ‘you’re going to get through this…’ because it’s simple, ‘This’ is not the thing I wish to ‘get through…

“I have been reeling with grief since the day after my birthday…a full week living in a world where she does not exist in the physical…how can it be. See this love of mine taught me the power in forgiving, in loving people with the utmost kindness, being a soft landing for anyone who needs it and loving on the basis of it being unconditional. She made me feel safe in this world… This one hurts.

“Here’s to the woman who occupied the most tender part of my heart, who has loved me without limits since I was born, I will love and miss you for all my days. Everything hurts about losing you, everything… if I could kiss your face just one last time.” She posted.
