In an Instagram post, Gwala shared a snap of her body in 2018 and the slimmer version of today claiming that just by exercising, she managed to shed some pounds in just four months, stating that she is an advocate of woman who shows self-confidence no matter what their shape or size.

“Two years back and two years later.❤ Life is too short not to do what you want. If you know me you’ll definitely know how I love women bodies and I believe that everybody shape and size is BEAUTIFUL” Gwala wrote.
