Idols SA Judge Unathi Pens An Emotional Letter To Mom-To-Be Minnie Dlamini

Unathi Nkayi has penned down a very heartfelt message to her friend and mother-to-be Minnie Dlamini thanking her for her friendship. The IdolsSA judge posted a picture of Minnie and her bulging belly along with a caption that prompted a more heartfelt response from Minnie.

The two have forged a friendship that goes beyond that, to becoming family. Unathi called Minnie a sister, even though she is younger but said she is wiser. Pouring her heart out, Unathi also thanked Minnie for being a friend to her group of friends and completing her squad.
“OKAY…Sometimes you try to be prophetic. Then sometimes you just have to tell the damn truth……..I’m saying this in your voice. Thank you for giving my beautiful sisters a beautiful sister in you. Thank you for being my sister…..younger but wiser,” wrote Unathi.

Above all else, she thanked her for her bundle of joy that she is yet to welcome to the world. She even went as far as listing the people she is grateful for having Minnie be apart of.

“Thank you for being the best friend to my best friends @cumapantshwa @vuyokazimzimba @dinwayozandi @zizotshwete @melzinbala @nothembaujx @zintathu @abrooklynwinter and giving us your best friend. Thank you for being Aunty to Nako and Imbo. Thank you for loving our Q our Squinzo. Thank you for making us aunts and uncles @minniedlamini Thank you for letting me be a part of your life,” she concluded the post.

Minnie responded by also thanking Unathi for loving and accepting her imperfect self.

“Thank you for loving me the way you do and letting me be the worst version of myself then reminding me of who I am and where I came from. I love you more than words and as deep as blood,” Minnie replied.
When Minnie announced her pregnancy, Unathi was one of her few prominent friends who knew about the exciting news but were not able to share the news. She took to Instagram saying she was scared that she would let it slip that her friend is expecting.
