I loved Senzo Meyiwa Deeply – Kelly Khumalo speaks out

Kelly Khumalo opened up about her ex-boyfriend and “baby daddy” Senzo Meyiwa as well as parenting her two children on the latest episode of her reality show which aired on Showmax. Kelly Khumalo was at a press junket for her show and sat down with a few journalists. She boldly expressed that she does not like journalists at the outset. I am not a fan of journalists,” she said.

One of the journalists at her table asked her how she managed to cope after the incident in her home. She then explained that the former Bafana Bafana captain was someone she loved dearly and the father of her daughter. However, she asked the journalists to direct his question to “those people who are talking.”

“Senzo was my boyfriend, whom I loved dearly and he is a father to my daughter. And it is very much unfortunate that he left us the way that he did,” she said.

“I would rather have you ask those people than me. Because I’m not the one who is speaking. I am focusing on my dreams, I’m focusing on being a great mom and being a business woman,” she continued.

Another journalist mentioned that Kelly was trending on Twitter over how she was parenting her son Christian. The singer shares 12-year-old Christian with TV host Jub Jub. So, the journalist proceeded to ask Kelly if she was a good mother and she was frustrated at the question but responded saying she trusts herself.

“Recently you trended. People started a conversation on Twitter about you and your son. Would you say that you are a good mother to your son?” asked a journalist.

“I’m not going to glorify that with an answer because I trust myself as a mom. I trust myself as an individual and I trust my choices. Whatever they see and feel, that’s their business. They should not make it mine,” she answered.
