Hillary Gardee case postponed to 16 September
The case against the four men accused of killing Hillary Gardee has been postponed to 16 September. This is for the completion of an indictment.
The body of the daughter of former EFF secretary general, Godrich Gardee, was discovered after she went missing for four days in April.
The NPA believes there is a strong case against the four suspects. hey appeared in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court on Friday.
