Enhle Mbali to star in two more movies this year!
It is safe to say Enhle Mbali is one of Mzansi entertainment’s hardest working women. Now the Isibaya actress is set to star in two more movies that will premiere this year.
Enhle, alongside Siphiwe Mtshali, stars in Uhambo that aired on Showmax last month.
Her new film is called Loving Thokoza. She plays the lead alongside Mduduzi Mabaso. The movie is directed by the creator of Mzansi Magic’s Lockdown, former Gang of Instrumentals member Mandla N.
The blockbuster is said to have been shot in nine days. According to Mandla N’s Instagram post, filming started in early March. Enhle also posted behind-the-scene photos on Insta a few days after filming wrapped.
Another film the actress will appear in is State Enemy No.1. She plays the role of Grace Chauke – the wife of Collen Chauke (played by Mduduzi Mabaso), the late infamous heist kingpin and an ANC freedom fighter. The movie, produced by Elvis Nkosi and directed by Zuko Nodada, first started filming in 2017 but production had to be halted.

The release dates of both films haven’t been announced yet as the COVID-19 crisis continues to affect SA and the world.
