Now, in a recent interview, Dineo Ranaka has opened up about her lockdown schedule and how she and her family are dealing with the crisis. The star admits that, as an essential worker, her schedule hasn’t changed too drastically because she still her Metro FM slot to keep a sense of normalcy.

The star admits that, as an essential worker, her schedule hasn’t changed too drastically because she still her Metro FM slot to keep a sense of normalcy.

Wake up: 7 am “I wake at normal work time. My schedule hasn’t changed since I’m at work regularly, either broadcasting from the Metro FM studio or now recently from home.
Eating habits: “It depends, I’ve never been one to watch what I eat or watch my weight so that continues as normal too. Nothing specific or routine – my family and I eat whatever comes to mind at those times but also whatever is suitable for those times. We have no set menu.

Between meals: “Nothing has changed on my end except for not being social obviously and being unable to gig. One thing I have noticed is that I’m more productive now work-wise than I was before. My teams and I are doing well working remotely so far. We have not stopped any of our projects – we have just found creative ways to continue them during this time.

Bedtime: “Bedtime is just like any other day – sometimes very late, sometimes early, and that ranges between 9 pm and 1 am for adults. Kids, much earlier.
