DA lays criminal complaint against JPC and ANC
The Democratic Alliance has laid criminal complaints against the ANC and the Johannesburg Property Company.
Caucus Leader, Mpho Phalatse, accuses the City-owned entity of fraud and corruption.
She alleges JPC paid R27-million to a company that acted as a conduit for the ANC.
Phalatse says the funds were intended to be used to destabilize the multi-party government.
