Businessman Edwin Sodi allegedly getting married

South African businessman Edwin Sodi, is reportedly gearing up for his wedding day. The businessman who has allegedly been linked to several celebs including Minnie Dlamini Kefilwe Mabote, Thuli Phongolo, Mihlali Ndamase, and many more is set to tie the knot with his girlfriend Nokukhanya Karen Zulu.

Controversial blogger Musa Khawula leaked an invitation card online of their wedding and he left tongues wagging online. The pair will have a traditional wedding called Umembeso. The Zulu traditional wedding ceremony involves the groom’s family presenting gifts to the bride’s family after the lobola negotiations.

The pair will celebrate their union on 30 July 2022. Khawula went on to take a jab at Sodi. “With Edwin Sodi’s house arrest situation having just been lifted, Sodi couldn’t wait to tie the knot. Invitations are out and Nokukhanya Zulu is soon marrying her criminal boyfriend.”

Musa is referring to his 2020 corruption case that made news headlines. According to reports, the businessman was involved in an asbestos audit contract involving 36,000 low-cost homes in the province that was advanced by the Free State’s Department of Human Settlements in 2014.

This led to the seizure of over R300 million worth of possessions and over twenty-five luxury cars, including Ferraris and Bentleys

Musa added, “I suppose the hit list girlies now know where to go if they wanna stop this lil wedding. I’ll be there reporting live”,” he tweeted.

It is reported that Nthateng Lerata is the estranged wife of Sodi, and that he has six children with several unknown women, according to Sunday World.

Both Thuli Phongolo recently laughed off rumours that she and Edwin were an item. Mihlali also shared a GIF of Kim Kardashian yawning while reacting to rumours that she was part of Edwin Sodi’s hit list.
