Big Zulu shuts down Bulawayo – Video

Rapper Big Zulu shut down the streets of Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, on Monday, 27 December.

The Imali Eningi rapper was performing at Queens Sports Club and upon his arrival, fans around the city surrounded his car.

He shared the video, where he was traveling in different parts of the city while on the sunroof of the car, waving while fans were screaming and following it. The rapper also received portraits by Zimbabwean artists.

Taking to social media, Big Zulu said he felt welcomed in Zimbabwe and thanked his fans.

“Shutting down Zimbabwe tonight. Ngiyabonga kakhulu uthando. I feel at home. Zim, ngiyanithanda,” he wrote.

He posted another video performing his song Umuzi eSandton featuring Lwah Ndlunkulu, with his fans singing along.

“Inkulu ingoma eZimbabwe, luningi uthando lweNkabi. Zimbabwe, I love you,” he wrote.

Big Zulu is currently the biggest hip-hop star in Mzansi after winning seven awards at the South African Hip Hop Awards earlier this month.
