Ayanda Borotho calls South Africans to help each other during this COVID-19 period

Ayanda Borotho has taken to social media to encourage all South African citizens to stand up and take responsibility for our future. The actress and author believe we can’t hold the government responsible for everything. She said we must also see where we can assist.

Ayanda Borotho has advised Mzansi peeps to take responsibility for our own futures as we can’t depend on government for everything.

The star said the Covid-19 crisis has made it more important than ever for us to help ourselves as well as our fellow man.

She said, “The truth of the matter is, the government does not have the capacity to help everybody who needs help at this time. It’s not possible. The majority of South Africans live below the poverty line.”

Ayanda continued, “We are also the government, let’s not forget that. So let’s collaborate our efforts and put together our resources to do our bit and play our part.”
